Location was great; close to airport and many of the main clubs. We did all inc and food was decent enough. Drinks were great.

The location is quite good. Not a beautiful location but it is quite convenient. The staff actually do a tremendous job considering the amount of people they have to deal with. The staff were accommodating, friendly, understanding and very efficient in their job. The breakfast was generous and covered all taste and dietary requirements.

The rooms were very basic. I was moved from a room as the one I was assigned had extremely strong cigarette smoke coming through the ventilators. The beds were also contaminated as I ended up with red welts from some insect that was in the bed clothes. The halls are very noisy with many people playing loud music partying in their rooms and you could also hear everything in the adjoining rooms.

everything we had a great stay, Simona checked us in on our 1st day and brought us breakfast in bed!! the pool party during the day on the terrace got everyone going before the big nights out and all the staff were incredible. I would recommend the all inclusive option.

The staff is rude , the property is out dated all of the furniture is old. the room felt like it was in the 80’s. The bathroom need a good cleaning and of course updating . Also there are 18 year olds running around and are loud . The biggest issue is the fact that you can’t have friends over after a certain time security will not let them go upstairs at all unless the purchase a room for the night . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU . You can pay the same thing and get new furniture updated rooms and good service down the street at towns Ibiza . This place is garbage .

Staff friendly polite and helpful, food at buffet was very good for all inclusive. Will stay again.

It was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Cristian, Alvaro and Marea in the Aqua bar always greeted us with lovely smiles and nothing was ever too difficult for them. We would recommend this place to every one. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😃

Maybe a bit more of variety for breakfast, the main 'theme' was English breakfast and pastries.
