La struttura e molto grande, da una parte c’è la zona hotel e dall’altra la zona appartamenti. La zona piscina e molto bella e attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Il bar offre il servizio direttamente sui lettini, cibo di ottima qualità.

L’unica pecca è il mancato cambio giornaliero degli amenities, come il dental kit..

This hotel is a 3 star not 4. The reception staff and cleaners were lovely. The view is fabulous. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. Location is ok! Had it not been for the staff here at reception we would of hated it. They made us feel welcome at least.

I really hate writing bad reviews but I have to tell the truth. We didn’t like the bar staff at all, they are rude, they make you feel uncomfortable, no manners. Absolutely disappointing. The hotel hold a pool party in the main pool and we as guests could only attend if we paid €70 each. We had a 9 year old child with us who to is would be out of the question to go, there for we had to use the other two pools which were slimy and dirty. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did we see them cleaned. The large pool was cleaned on the day of the pool party (before it started) and two days after a child had a accident in the pool. You can hire the large comfortable sun loungers for €50 for 2 people and then you get to spend that money at the bar on food and drinks. This hotel is not at all for family’s. No evening bar, no entertainment in the evening at all. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

Breakfast was not outstanding. But it was delicious, tasty and of good quality. For example, there could be more types of fruit. All staff were flexible and friendly. The reception staff were extremely professional and nice, cool people. The staff at the bar and around the pools don't speak English very well, but they were nevertheless very nice, helpful and we always understood each other.

The bed wasn't comfortable for us. The air conditioning was not working properly. Maybe it was just me being clumsy.

the stay was lovely. all the staff were really kind and welcoming, which made us all feel very comfortable. probably the most clean hotel/apartment i’ve ever stayed at! outside (pool area) and inside the hotel and rooms! food was pretty good - we only got the breakfast but great for the typical ibiza hangover :).

the only small thing i would say is they close the pool area off to anyone staying there quite early. i do like to sit at the pool of an evening and chill! unfortunately we couldn’t do this but overall really great!
