For info: near by local airport. However only a few flights a day, and none at night and therefore hardly nuisance.

The hotel was in a good location.
The first night we were in room 16. We did not sleep all night, because it was so hot in the shoebox size room. The windows could not be open because it faces the street and people were out until sunrise. There is a mini split air conditioner in the room, but it was not functioning at all. When we spoke with the desk person we asked him to come up to the room so that he could see how hot it was. He refused. He claimed that all of the rooms were the same temperature. We told him that was impossible because there would be more people asking to be moved. I went to the room to pack my bags to leave,as I needed to sleep when he came upstairs and told us there was another room available. We moved. The room was much larger, and cool. We stayed and truly appreciate the gentleman moving us. The carpeting throughout the place was old and nasty. The hotel needs a serious updating.

The staff were fabulous - all very friendly - room was large and comfortable with sofa, table, heating, fridge, TV and nice bathroom. Nice ground floor balcony - central location, close to bus stop - Good coffee and machine in room and 2 small bottles of water free daily
Breakfast was rather expensive at 11 euros, big sign in bathroom about towels but ALL was removed every day

Rooms were great, beds very comfortable. The shower is in the bathtub, I prefer a seperate shower, but it worked well. The hotel overall is very nice, clean and everything we asked for was possible without problem. The pool in the garden is wonderful.
The restaurant could offer a little vegan options. They were able to make us something, which was good, and tasty, but it was difficult to communicate as we do not speak spanish and the waiter did not speak english very well. He did his best though, and I must add that it worked out, but maybe a mention on the menu that vegan is possible would be helpful.

staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. It is close to the seawalk, and the Old Town which we were there to see. We had a fine meal in town, there are a number of well appointed restaurants. The front desk assisted with reservations and taxi. Room was a good size and clean. They have a small bar and lounge area which was comfortable. They have parking on site; a real bonus for me as we had rented an SUV (asked for a small car, whole nother story) and needed room to park. Narrow streets and even narrower parking spots are the rule, unlike USA. So, the parking spot was much appreciated.

Lovely setting and location. Lovely, clean little pool. Really easy and quick to get into Hondarribia town or the bus to San Sebastián.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were all so nice and welcoming and spoke great English. It was great to have a fridge in the room too, very powerful shower and a super hairdryer.
Our room looked tired. It was dusty (though kept clean) and the bathroom didn’t have adequate ventilation (there was a window) so constantly felt a bit damp.
My main issue was the services available. You could only have espresso coffee in your room, no way to make a cup of tea. No where to get lunch on Mondays and even then only bar snacks from 7pm so you are obliged to leave the hotel to eat and drink! Only expensive restaurant meals for lunch on the other days.
We had some odd hours and long days due to a competition we attended and room service would have been great. I think the food availability should be reviewed.

nice pool & very friendly & helpful staff
we ended up having to move hotels as there was no air conditioning which had broken down and we hadn’t been notified before our stay. They were fixing it while we were there so it was quite noisy. They however refunded our money with no problem and we’re very apologetic.

the air con had broken a week before our arrival but the property failed to inform us. when we arrived they said it would be fixed the next day then when we asked the next day we were told not until the following week!
