El personal del hotel es molt atent i fa molt bé la seva feina. L’entorn i ubicació també son exelents, així com la piscina . L’esmorzar hem sembla correcte .
La qualitat preu no s’ajusta al que esperava , els matalassos de l’habitació no eran gens còmodes i els llits dels infants eran un sofà llit amb “plegatin” . També trobo que es promociona com hotel spa, obviant donar l’informacio que no està inclòs amb la reserva fins que hi ets allà i t’ho diuen. Demanant 20 EUR per persona ( erem 4) . La tarda que volíem reservar no hi havia ningú .

La ubicación, las instalaciones (las saunas estaban fuera de servicio, pero nos hicieron un 20% de descuento en la entrada al spa), el personal súper amable, en especial en el restaurante.
El tamaño del comedor. Muy pequeño y mal distribuido. La gente pasaba muy justa entre las mesas para acceder al bufet del desayuno. Era incomodo desayunar asi.
Solo hay una maquina de cafe para unas 75 personas. Colas interminables.
Coincidimos con un grupo de 40 personas (20 adultos y 20 niños): ruido agobiante en el mini comedor, carreras de niños por los pasillos a las 23 horas...mala insonorización de las habitaciones.

no aircon and when asked why it didnt work they simply said they tried fixing it but wouldnt take so gave us a fan. its a 200euro a night hotel.

The reception staff were friendly. Apartment was nice.
The outdoor swimming pool hadn't opened yet which was not advertised on booking.
The masseuse was also not available.
There was no where to sit outside and enjoy our own food and drink.
The apartment did not provide any washing up liquid or cloth etc despite requiring it to be clean on check out.

The AC didn’t work, and when opening the windows, a lot of flies got into the room.

The location was wonderful in a peaceful rural setting near the ski resort and walking to restaurants. The staff at the reception were all welcoming and helpful.

The person that did our check in was very unprofessional, no smiling, she gave us the feeling that we weren't welcome there. The beds they were very bad , very uncomfortable.

Impeccably clean modern hotel in the mountains, well equipped, with a good breakfast included in the price. Infurtunately, we had no time to use it's spa facilities.

The AC wasn’t working at the property and it only had 1 window which wasn’t at the main room. Also, the pool didn’t open until 15pm and closed at 20pm which we weren’t able to enjoy as the check out was at 12pm. Very disappointed with the facility as the price was high and we didn’t get to enjoy it

A lovely place to relax, enjoy a good SPA, have a dinner and go on tons of hike trails which you can find all round the town. But definitely must have a car to get here and move around the mountains. If you are coming for a beginner or pro hiking - this is the spot to stay for a few days. Some serious mountains around. Mind that best time to visit this place for hiking is from April - November, cause later on it might get too cold, snow can show up unexcpectedly and poop up your party.
SPA was not included in the price, but at least it came with a discounted price for those who stay. And our rooms had 2 beds put together as one even though we ordered a twin bed. But none of this was an issue anyway.
