Accessible to the road from Madrid to Burgos and also to Barajas Airport. Great location for business as many big HQ companies are in the area. Hotel has snacks and a Starbucks machine. Room is spacious and bed comfy. Parking is spacious and enough room for a good wide car and low sports car, also EV charging for Tesla only but IONITY is nearby.

Lovely hotel! The staff are so welcoming and lovely, beautiful and massive shopping mall behind the hotel and so many to shop and look at in there!

I called prior regarding their chrome cast so we can watch some shows, they confirmed it works and I should have access but it wasn’t working and it seemed to be just our room. We asked a few times to get it checked out but nothing seemed to happen so that was a little annoying. Also there isn’t a wide range of breakfast available. other than that the hotel is lovely!

I upgraded the room thinking I would have something special. not one little bit! the room was vast with the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in in a while. the air conditioning did nothing to help the already overheated room. banging door at 2:30 just added to our restless sleep. But the winner of the “spoil my stay” goes to the awfully selfish guest with the Land Rover, picture attached, who took the only electric car charger for the entire night and was still using the charger, which had finished charging, at 9am when we left! thank you for making our stay just that but worse!

We returned as we had a great experience the first time. Fab friendly staff, v large bed, large room size, free water in cartons not plastic bottles. Free tea & coffee. Great breakfast.

Our only issue was that we were put in a room on the same floor / in the middle of a rowdy school trip- 2 am kids were still shouting & running up & down corridors despite asking them to keep the noise down. Not great when you have an 8 hour drive the following day.

I lost a Dior bracelet in room 908 of your hotel. I spoke to the front desk yesterday and was told to come and sort it out this morning when the manager was at work. I was told in the morning that there was no way to see the manager or the cleaning staff as they were both very busy. I believe that the hotel is obliged to help me find the item I lost in the hotel room. The hotel is obliged to help me find it and if it cannot be found, I need to be compensated accordingly. When I tried to get the receptionist to give me a complaint form to fill in, she said it was not possible

Huge room and great location with big commercial centre / mall right behind the hotel.

Stuff at reception really dry Did not explain anything about breakfast times nor where the place for breakfast was they seemed annoyed having guests coming to their hotel Did not looks as modern as in the pictures I already traveled to 24 countries in four different countries and I have never been in a hotel where the isolation is as bad!!!! I could not sleep peacefully because I could hear the phones who rang, children who cried, people showering, people who had intercourse & people in the corridor talking as if they were inside of my room even though they only were on the same floor. This is inadmissible considering people traveling for work or students to write exams the day after which was my case. I spend two horrible nights. I paid 175€ to stay for two nights (arrived Friday 8.30 pm left Sunday 8.30 am) which is quite expensive for one person considering that the hotel was 30 minutes away from the city centre. The towels in the bathroom had stains on it on every single one of three. Such hygiene problems should be forbidden especially because the hotel was expensive. Will definitely not return & not recommend
