Nice, bright, clean and airy hotel. We had a large terrace with a sea view. Room had a good size fridge.
The staff were friendly
The swimming pool and pool area was very small for such a big hotel. No entertainment on Sunday night which was surprising for a holiday hotel in August.

Nothing to complain about, we originally wanted to stay just 2 days and we extended our stay
The parking was no easy to find on my own but the receptionist gave me all the necessary infos.

We paid 240 eur per night which is not the problem but the problem is that it absolutely does not correspond to the quality of the hotel and services. For such money you can get 5* hotel like Marriott or Hilton but not this. Maybe they were just selling some left capacity. This hotel is far from 4*. Its like 3* .The room was spacious but very modest. No welcome water, no kettle nothing. There is no way to park in front of the hotel when trying to offload. There is a garage and they charge 10 eur per day and it's also hard to find it. There is no light in the garage as well. Then there was some singer singing outside until 23:30! and it's not good when you want to sleep after all day trip. I was expecting something better for that money I paid.

Very comfortable room and hotel is very close to beach. Parking near hotel was easy.
Wifi barely worked in the room. But luckily the bar was decent and had friendly staff so was able to sit there comfortably.

Very friendly and polite stuff. Breakfast and dinner were very good. You need to pay for your drinks during dinner if you have half board, but we already knew this. Rooms are specious and the balcony was very big. Also the bigger rooms have two baths. Which was especially comfy for us since we traveled with two kids.
There is nothing we can complain about.

Every staffmember we met was very nice, smiling and polite. All the hotel was very clean and well kept.
We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony and had a huge balcony and could see the ocean. The hotel itself is very nicely designed. Both on the outside as well as inside.
Breakfast was very good.
A very good seafood restaurant just across the street, on the beach.
All in all a very nice hotel and enjoyable stay.
The neighborhood seemd a little run down.
The only negative thing we have about the room was that there came a lot of noise from the road in front. Room could benifit from better soundproofing the balcony.

Everything was just perfect, great location, hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful

We liked absolutely everything (location, facility, restaurant) except the parking.
The parking is located behind the hotel so to get in, you have to go quite far. The overhead door was open when we got in, and open when we left. Inside, was quite hard to navigate because the pillars are quite close.

The staff were friendly and the food was quite good.
The pool was too small. There was a leak in the upstairs room which flooded into our bathroom. The staff acted quickly, but we weren't offered a new room despite the damp smell and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool area and pool bar were excellent. Location was ideal to access great restaurants and the beach on the Mediterranean side of the Strip.
The sliding door to the balcony did not lock. This resulted in a lot of traffic noise and disturbed my sleep.
