Excellent location in Elviria, beach was 1 minute walk , local shops restaurants grocery stores accessible by foot.

Balcony is like a green house. Those glass panels need to be removed. Getting our apartment was difficult as we had a late flight and reception closed at 4pm!!!!

The whole complex was beautiful, lovely pool, gardens and apartment was spacious and we had a pool view. Staff very friendly and food at restaurant is excellent

we came back to the resort after a stay last year which we were delighted with but each apartments are individually owned and this year we got a rotten one

old tired in much need of renovation - we stayed in a 3 bed penthouse - the toilet was broken in 2nd bedroom and the shower was broken too, there was no hot water in the master bedroom en-suite sink, towels were dirty, one socket had exposed wires coming from them, in all three bathrooms the toilet roll holders were broken, the kitchen only had an almost travel sized kettle that only boiled 2 cups worth of water and occasionally wouldn’t work we ended up boiling water in a pan for a cup of coffee, there were only 2 loungers for 6 guests, the sun umbrella was clearly broken and the sun deck hadn’t been cleaned all season - so disappointed 😔

Reception does not work properly. Not possible to enter to area in evening, no one asnwers the official given numbers, was sent no door passcode. Security speaks zero English either has no interest about quests within evening arrivals. Main pool should be closed in May at 21.00 but still was still closed 19.00.

balconies exceptionally unsafe for young kids (seat built in to wall acts as step) - we only went out during nap time as we didn’t even want our daughter to know the balcony door opened. freezer didn’t freeze properly
