My husband hurt his back and the golden key Concierges organized a doctor and the transfer admirably.

Overall the hotel is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Acropolis adds to the atmosphere.

Our room was clean and well provided for with products and a desk was available to complete some work. Our bed was comfortable and our room quiet. This large older style hotel has many corridors and our room overlooked an outdoor space. The food quality and price was excellent with a great respresentation of some of the best wines from multiple regions in Greece. We enjoyed tasting these wines with good food.
The many twists & turns to arrive at the room. Our room had not recently been renovated and did not have a free standing shower, smaller than expected for the cost of the accommodation.

Perhaps you can consider alternatives to secure umbrellas in the pool area. We weren’t able to have any shade because it was windy and it was extremely hot

地理位置优越，大名鼎鼎的雅典卫城、阿波罗神庙、宪法广场和步行街皆步行即达。建筑物本身很有历史意义且很美，前台员工非常友善，笑容灿烂，见有孩子同住，主动送给小朋友一本绘画本。客房服务响应极快，按需求加了儿童床，开夜床时会送巧克力🍫。因为八楼正在维修，期待下次可以在八楼花园餐厅用餐，观赏一下夜晚的雅典卫城。

Het personeel, de arrogantie van het personeel, je voelt je als gast zeker niet welkom en/of gewaardeerd. Wij zijn hier meerdere malen geweest , komen echter nooit weer, zo hard is het qua service achteruit gegaan. De rijen bij het ontbijtbuffet is helemaal onacceptabel

Prices for breakfast way overpriced.29 euros for continental breakfast and 36 for full breakfast was highest I’ve ever seen .Hotel should realize you can go down the street and have a better breakfast for less that 10 euros

The outside roof pool was closed for winter without any prior warning despite being told it was always open weather permitting prior to booking . The weather on the day of closure was 25 degrees and clear blue sky 🤷🏼 . Really messed up our itinerary for a 4 night short stay .

The room was really classy and luxurious. The location is excellent so you can get a good view of the Acropolis or the Syntagma Square depend on which room you are in. All the staff are nice and professional.
Nothing much. Maybe some furniture and facilities might be a little bit old, but can’t complain in this classy, historical hotel.

Staying at The Hotel Grande Bretagne, is a unique experience. When you are entering the hotel, you can clearly see from the beginning the meaning of luxury. The personnel is extremely kind and they treat everyone special. The room was really clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. The cleaning staff was very polite with us and they offered us chocolate and water once we arrived. The breakfast area was at the rooftop and the view was absolutely stunning with the variety of food options, making our mornings unforgettable. Last but not least, in the evening we swam to the pool that was fantastic. We would like to thank everyone for that pleasant stay and we are looking forward to visit Grande Bretagne again.
