Great breakfast, and they have a pillow service! We came by bike and they have a special garage for those, really nice!
The temperature of the spa + water (but that's always the case everywhere..)

Nice location in the mountains. Amazing breakfast buffet, comfy bed, lovely dinner in the restaurant and friendly staff in the restaurant and bar. Nice to walk/ hike around the area and Camprodon is just a 30 min walk away.
Check in experience was terrible - very unfriendly staff. Did not explain anything about the hotel, nor offer a welcome drink. When we asked about the spa, she failed to mention that kids are allowed until 6pm (would be nice to know as adults traveling).
The SPA was overcrowded and slightly dirty. The hot tub wasn’t hot and they should not allow newborn babies and little kids into the spa and better monitor the capacity which was definitely exceeded. Only 1 out of 2 showers worked.

The sound insulation in the rooms is not great; you can easily hear your neighbours and corridor traffic

Breakfast is super, plenty of possibilities. Quality of the food is excellent. The ambient in the restaurant is good but outside, where we took breakfast was amazing.
The size of the room and the lay-out of the bathroom. Size too small taking into account the price we paid. In the middle of the bathroom there was a column very uncomfortable to get in and out, nearly no room to close the door once you were in.

Room was original, comfortable and well equipped. Staff dealt with issues quickly and effectively. The staff appeared motivated and happy - Good to hear the chef laughing in the kitchen. Dinner was excellent with local produce. Breakfast was good. The area is beautiful and the hotel is located perfectly. If in the area, we would choose this hotel again. Thanks for a lovely stay

Nicely decorated chateau-style hotel, spacious clean room with balcony and a nice view, good breakfast. The best is their restaurant (the hotel has gastronomic specialty), our dinners were fabulous! Location-wise, you can walk to the nearby town Camprodon (small nice, famous medieval bridge) or you can drive to places to visit in Pyrenees like we did - Riber de Freser, Beget, etc.
Safe in the room is too little, impossible to fit a laptop. On the last day breakfast got scarce, I guess b/c most guests left but we didn't appreciate 2 slices of cheese available for family of 3.
