Erstkontakt über Rezeption per Telefon unbefriedigend. Bei Anreise dann doch flexibel und freundlicher. Anlieferung von Wäsche u Lebensmitteln sollte nicht um 5h morgens !!! unter dem Zimmer erfolgen. Frühstücksraum sollte keine Kühlschrank Temperatur haben.

Perfect location and spacious lobby and room

Unfriendly kitchen staff who did not even say a word when giving me the egg menu. Curtain in the room could not be closed.

It's a nice Hotel and the Staff is friendly.

I had a lovely room, top floor. But there was something wrong with the shower, there must have been some kind of pressure relief that kept blowing through the whole night. At 04.30 in the morning, I had still not had any sleep and called the reception and requested that they put me in a different room which they did.......right next to the lift :( So I had zero sleep and was so tired I couldn't even eat my breakfast, not bad for €175.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. The gym was very well equipped. The staff were so helpful.

light problem in my room. no one on site to fix it. had to move to much smaller room. was not offered discount.

Staff was friendly

We had to change 2 times our room after unpacking. Room 1 - shower was not working. Room 2 - shower was not working. Room 3 - finally a working room, but without a lift. So to Cary 2 heavy luggages were complicated. The gym working hours were not practical.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. The service was nice.

The breakfast was quite good but not very varied. There was only one small bottle of water in the room and the bottle opener was missing. I would like to have in the room information about location of sauna gym and restaurant in the hotel and the information about breakfast hours.

The room was clean, quiet and spatious, the bed was comfy. The breakfast is great, although the place was a little busy so it was tricky to find a place to seat.

The room was on the ground floor with a courtyard view of some installation ducts, but for one night we didn't bother.
