Room was huge, well appointed, and clean though there were carpet stains. They provided slippers so all ok.

Lack of hotel info in rooms. Nothing about wifi, services, or facilities. Tub had no mat and was slippery and deep. Difficult for this old lady to get out.

The staff was terrific. Very friendly. The room was very large and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent.

It was hot outside, but because it was Fall, only the heat was on. At night it was fine because a window could be left open.

The bar,no staff. The scam in the restaurant and taxi. We had read about one menu being shown and another price being charged,so we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant every evening,,except one. (KFC) Excellent. After our meal,on the fourth night,my wife queried the bill and they said that they had made a mistake and reduced it, saying that the menu was changing on Monday. The next night we were overcharged again, despite ordering from the menu they had given to us. We asked for the concierge, who said that there was a QR code of the new pricing. We don't have smart phones. Monday evening, our last night we were given a doctored menu with old prices scribbled out and new prices written in washable pen. The other menus being handed out to customers without. I had to send my meal back as it was lukewarm. The concierge will get his taxi driver. He is also a scam. He takes you to various sites and there was always a guide that he knew,,who had friends selling overpriced jewellery etc. Take a blue cab. The hotel taxi agrees a price and then doubles it.

nothing terrible really… just the staff were not very friendly. food was not very good. rooms are small. no plug’s except one behind the tv to charge my phone. the place felt like 3 star hotel and not worth the price.

The rooms have mold and has a musty smell. We had hired 2 rooms and both were equally bad. All of us developed severe cough with just 1 night stay there.

The location of the hotel is very central. The room was large and comfortable, there was a coffee machine but no coffee or milks provided. The hotel was pleasant but a little tired looking, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

Dinner was not a great experience, we were given a QR code to download the menu and then we were ignored - I did leave and reported this to the hotel reception who apologised and wanted me to return but we went to a nearby hotel for dinner which was better. The parking is a little tight but we did manage to park
