Seul le barman est serviable
Publicité mensongère, ils disent offrir la navette aéroport mais ils n’ont même pas de navette. Le personnel est hautain et peu serviable. Il y a une forte odeur de cigarette partout dans l’hôtel même dans les chambres. C’est un bordel.

molto gentili e tempestivi alla reception
tutto molto fatiscente e trascurato, camere molto vecchie. Asciugamani solo per una persona camera non insonorizzata la prima notte e sempre la prima notte vasca molto sporca. Colazione disastrosa completamente da rivedere molto spoglia dove mancavano molte cose fondamentali, l’acqua in particolare sapeva di ammoniaca. Sala colazione molto cupa e personale della colazione poco attento e molto superficiale. Pulizia poco accurata.

L hôtel en lui même est propre juste un peu soumis aux insectes . L emplacement me convient aussi .

I would rate this hotel below 0 if I could.
The gym was out of order and not working as was the swimming pool, 2 main features as to why I booked the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of no where, impossible to get a cab or public transport so you are stuck. I lost over £300 as I checked out 3 days early. I sent 2 emails to the hotel management team asking for a refund but no response. If the hotel amenities are not working, it’s it’s very wrong to advertise your hotel as having these facilities and should be taken off until repaired.
This was so disappointing, it really made my holiday terrible.
At least management could have responded to
my email.

I had to spend one night at Casablance during my travel and definitely don't regret picking Zenith for my stay. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great variety in their breakfast buffet and all the food was really fresh. I was honestly surprised as the hotel went beyond my expectations, i could really feel the care and attention of the staff.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel to begin with upon entering the hotel there were a lot people drinking alcohol and girls were sitting on top of the guys and were talking loudly. the front desk receptionist was rude they give me one key for the room and did not working properly I went back downstairs to tell them and they were rude and they give me new key .the new key also did not work and I have to go back downstairs again upon finally entering the room there was only one towel .the worst part was around 6:00am there were loud noises coming from the roof that woke me up and we could not go back to sleep .I would not be returning to this hotel.

The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly.
The pool/spa/gym were all closed. Ramadan had just ended, so I should have checked. However, I would not have booked this property otherwise.

AC is not working , key card does not work. Every time has to go reception. always asking for money rather than giving a good service . made alot if requests regarding AC but never was attended.

First, the arrival to the hotel was really hard with the trafic problem.. we were having a problem with doors and the staff were really helpless..

Staffs were cordial and cooperative.
Bathroom wasn't clean and the hair dryer didn't work. They didn't fix it either through out my stay.
They charged me extra although I showed them my payment confirmation. Said, they did not receive money from Booking.com hence have to charge me. Please look into it.

Clean and spacious
WI not good, kept going down and I was unable to go on my email to download flight tickets and boarding pass which made me miss my flight and had to pay Air France for next available flight.
