Very comfortable bed, room was great size and good facilities. The staff was really welcoming on arrival and very friendly. Loved the rooftop bar and the Portuguese bar. Shower was great.

The bathroom needed a few hooks to hang up bath towels.

room with a window that is almost impossible to open, when u open it, its right over the kitchen smells. terrible room i got. they offered to change it, but it was too late (i was there for short stay...) staff are amazing everywhere in Morocco, but the hotel was a disappointed in term of the room i got.

I recently stayed at JM Suites in Casablanca and had a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of free parking for my car. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and appreciated the hotel's convenient location.

Although I enjoyed the views at the rooftop bar, it was excessively loud at night, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. I would recommend avoiding rooms at the 4th floor.

The front desk staff were all very kind, especially the two ladies working the front and the fellow that fixed our safe. The safe in the room was not working and it was fixed when we asked. We also asked for an ironing board brought to our room and it was very quickly. The room, towels, bedding were all clean. The bed was very large and comfortable. Worth getting a King Room. I think it would be worth spending more money to get a room that faces the front street as our room had no view. We did not have the breakfast as there are a lot of cafes in the area that serve breakfast much cheaper. Nice trendy rooftop bar with food and DJ and a great view from of Scare Couer Church in one direction and the Hassain Mosque the other way. We'd stay here again, but will get a room facing the front street.

The first King suite we had booked and checked into (401) had a problem with the shower cubicle - the slope was (wrongly done) away from the drain so water collected there. They changed the room to another, albeit smaller one which was good except that the shower/sink and the WC were in separate places. We found it strange but then came across the same design in a 5-star hotel in Casa. So, it could well be a Moroccan or French thing. Limited dining options but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location in a nice neighborhood near many restaurants.

Check-In was easy and the staff was accommodating. We booked a King Size Room with Balcony, our first room was towards the road, which was noisy, and the tiny balcony was unnecessary. However, we immediately asked for another room and got Room 309. This room is located towards the back alley, without a view, but more space and quiet. The 3rd Floor is ideal because it's high enough off the ground floor to protect from road immissions, and low enough to avoid the sound from the club on the roof. The club on the roof is a nice place to relax and have some drinks and good sushi. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of options.

We didn't mind the club/bar on the roof, because we spent evenings having drinks at the bar. If you stay on the upper floor (4th and 5th floor) you probably won't get any sleep. Stay on floor 2 or 3 and you'll be fine. There is also only one elevator (which is also used by the guests of the club/bar).

was not properly cleaned . for some reasons I found multiple cut human nails and hairs on the floor so obviously cleaning could be much better.

The rooms were really spacious and modern! The staff were super helpful with directions and just any enquiry.
