The staff were so incredibly attention and genuinely lovely people (Aminah (sorry for spelling) was fantastic in particular!). It did not feel like they were just being nice because they were told to be. They made my short 2 night stay feel rather special. The Breakfast banquet for one out on the terrace was something to behold, and they really do treat you well here.
The room was out of this world, huge, comfortable and really really impressed me.
The restaurant served incredibly nice food, and the setting was nothing short of spectacular. The mosaics and decorations in the main room and beyond were stunning.
Chilled out by the pool to catch some rays and waiters dropped by to see if I wanted drinks. Couldn't fault it at all.
Nothing! Absolutely loved all of it. I only leave reviews if I absolutely love a place or feel like people need to know how bad a place really is vs reviews. This is quite obviously the former, and I will absolutely be back to stay here again!

The staff were terrific - very friendly and helpful, especially Abdel and Abdul (but everyone really).
The pool area was especially nice after a hot day walking around the city. The breakfasts outside were lovely and the food very good. The location is great - close to the Medina, but away from the hustle and bustle.
Our room on the first floor was dark. We were able to change it after a few nights (thanks Abdel) to one with sun facing windows that was much lighter. Other than that, nothing not to like.

Great breakfast (freshly cooked eggs however you want them, fresh orange juice, good coffee, pastries - so much), great location (approximately 20 min walk from the medina), amazing staff who were attentive, warm and incredibly kind. Abdel on reception was particularly good with a great sense of humour.
The noise from the main road is a bit of a pain (whilst lying by the pool) but you get used to it and everything else is so great you kind of don’t mind it.

Very nice place in Hivernage, the best area of Marrakesh and just 10 minutes walk from the old city. The personnel was so good and friendly. I recommend trying the restaurent too: excellent modern Moroccan.

A fabulous converted house ( like a palace inside).. attached to its own restaurant

We loved the breakfast outside by the pool, but it was also very nice to sit in the beautiful dining room. The dinner at night was very good , tender steak. It is very Moroccan which is what we wanted. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty especially Asime and Abdel . They organised our trips, guides and evening meals to fantastic restaurants, cannot praise them enough. We will be booking back into The Red House.
Nothing, it was all good. Oh I should say it is next to a busy road and you can hear this when you are lying by the pool but it really didn’t bother me. It’s an excellent location for walking into the medina or out to the restaurants.Everything was a half an hour walk.

Far away from the city center since its outside of the medina but we stayed on both sides to have that experience. And it was really nice, very calm, very comfortable, close to really good restaurants. Staff is very attentive. The decoration is wonderful.
Spa wasn’t working and we would have loved to try it.

This is a beautiful old “mansion” that is a very classy boutique hotel. The staff is excellent and Abdel in particular was very accommodating. He was able to arrange a guided tour to the mountains and everything was seamless. Also, the breakfasts were excellent and the pool was appreciated.
It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
The main issue with many might be the location. It is not “close” to anything. We love to walk, so it was not a problem to have to walk to many of the sights. But for others, it would require many cab rides.

The location was good, not far from the medina. The quality of the restaurant on site was good as well.
our room did not have ac for the 1st night…this was corrected rapidly. You had to pay for bottle of waters, and the use of the Nespresso machine in the room.

This beautiful villa sited at the Hivernage was the perfect place where to stay during my travel in Marrakech. Everything was more than charming, clean and perfect and, as a young woman, I felt at home since my arrival. The ower, madame is Yasmine, and the team are so caring and it was a pleasure to receive advices from them. My room was unique and I enjoyed the peace of the terrace and the view of the garden. Don't miss the restaurant, of course! The restaurant rooms will leave you without words for the beauty and the dishes are fresh, good and gently served. I will come back again to Marrakech and I found in this villa my heaven where to stay.

Red house hotel was the highlight of our trip. everything was excellent, food was specially really good. Abdul was really helpful throughout our trip and made it really memorable. They made our travel with a child very easy and went above and beyond. We were glad that we found red house I didn’t book elsewhere.

A very generous, tasty breakfast is served in a beautiful formal dining room. Attentive , friendly waiters . Our room was very spacious , with 2 full bathrooms and a sitting room . The front desk employee was very helpful. He booked us a great tour guide for several hours on a Saturday . He booked our taxi which came early . The driver was safe and friendly.
We felt that we had to ask for too many espressos when all we wanted was regular coffee. We prefer a pot of American coffee for breakfast .

We had to pay 3 euro for one coffee that we made in the machine in our room, we expected it to be complementary as the room rate was 277 euro

The hotel was exceptional. We stayed at the Imperial Suite and I must say it was truly Imperial. Great space, huge terrace for self. The location was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to center of attraction. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. They always had smile on their faces. The Restaurant served great food. I will stay here again when I visit Marrakech the next time.
Everything was great. I wish I could stay for more days here. Nothing to complain.

This beautiful space was truly a welcoming experience upon first arriving in this very hectic, chaotic city. The staff are friendly and the food excellent.

The red house had a very unique vibe with its old fashioned European half and a very beautiful traditional Moroccan huge dinning room and restaurant half. Rooms are huge and well ventilated. Amin at the front desk was very helpful and all staff are multilingual and extremely nice. This place is a 20 minutes walk from the city center and the restaurant serves the best tajin and cuscus with life music. It is easily accessible from the main street and a side street entrance too.

Great staff, great location, flexible and able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Great concierge service. Abdel was extremely helpful and all his staff were very kind and lovely to us, and they clearly love children.

Very nice place that gives you a break from the Marrakech craziness. Large rooms, very comfortable bed, very quiet. Very good breakfast served in the extremely nicely decorated dining room.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Abdul was on reception and helped us book trips, change currency and had a laugh with his service. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend again. The beds were huge and me and my partner had a bathroom each. Lovely stay and food was just gorgeous 😍
