My advice to everyone don't stay in this hotel. 1- Staff at the reception are rude only Mr Yousif the best man. 2- AC was no working on 22/3/2023 only fan and full of heat . I asked the engineer and he is full of lying and even didn't want speak to me. 3- the water at the shower look like water from the river. Don't book. Absolutely rubbish hotel. (ZERO ☆). 4- I changed the hotel straight away. 5- no shops around. Close one 15 min walk. 6- close to the bridge and noisy. 7- whatever they say good always other side. Dontttttttttttttt go to that hotel.

The lobby is nice place to staying.

Pay price with 100usd/night, but Room is too small, if you have big luggage, not have enough space put and open your luggage.

Not enough towels. Nobody wants to cancel the reservation. Booking cannot contact the hotel. Reception managers Do not laugh to do their job - they promise to contact but do not. Terribly

good location to the tram station to the city center. easy check in and out
