The hotel is beautiful the staff so friendly. Overall a great stay. And a refreshment table was set out for everyone returning from the grand prix which was very lovely to have set out. I would recommend this hotel to people and I would stay again.

The price was only so expensive because it was the weekend of the British GP so I expected to pay alot more for a hotel that weekend. But it was one of the better priced hotels avaliable. I think if I wasn't going to the grand prix and I was visiting the area I probably would have arranged my trip for a different weekend.

Room very nice, we had food at the bar which was very good and quick to arrive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good parking, check in and check out quick and easy.

Whilst not the hotel’s fault couple next door had a huge argument which I reported at just after midnight, lots of shouting then TV left on until 3am, resulting in no sleep with a 6am start I wasn’t impressed my mother also staying in separate room opposite mine and also no sleep due to argument. I think the hotel dealt with my report quickly but it was a shame as ruined both mine and my mother’s overnight stay.

good, the staff were very helpful and so excellent on the staff front. When we had issues they generally were very kind and helpful

we had issues like the toilet cistern not filling properly and the booking system not working.

location was convenient

access to the car park was a long way despite there being other entrances which would have been much quicker - but had a security pass on them. Breakfast on day 1 was OK, pretty bland but edible. On day 2 the breakfast was cold and inedible I told the restaurant manager and she said I should have told her sooner and they would have cooked a hot one specifically for me and my son - but thats not really the point - however appreciate the offer. Kept awake on first night by a bunch of drunken Scots screaming in the corridor/rooms. Beds were not comfortable.
