Very helpful and accommodating staff. The room was very bright and comfortable.
No opportunity to have an evening meal in the hotel on Saturday night.

Room clean and breakfast was good.
Not enough towels in room. A fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning. It went off for a few mins enough time to get dressed then went off - we were worried if it was real or not so couldn’t go back off to sleep, we tried phoning reception no answer so my husband went to front desk and was told it was to do with a defective alarm in one of the rooms. This greatly disturbed our sleep we were tired all day next day :(

Very dated hotel, we paid £14.50 pp for cooked breakfast and it was not worth the money at all

Property was chosen as it was near to another local business we were visiting so it was convenient for us.

The room was spacious as it was a disabled room.
My pillows smelt like body odour.
The shared wall meant that I could hear the neighbours TV very clearly which was not ideal.

Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good - though a tad pricey.
Wifi did not work. Television signal was inconsistent. That I wasn't in the main building. That the Bar was restricted to almost just a box.

I left my phone charger behind and Melissa on reception returned it to me by post without delay and minimum cost.

Good location. Very comfortable room.
Restaurant stops serving at 8pm. We work early evening so can't get back before about 8.30pm.

Very friendly and helpful staff also really clean room also the room was really private executive room very nice
Very close to shops and 5 minutes from a big park which is brilliant for anyone with kids or dogs or just for an adventure on your own or in a couple

The room was lovely even had a little kitchen in it.. bed was very comfy..bathroom was very clean n shower was huge

Cold water on shower. Heating went from being too hot to too cold without any changing of dials.
Overall, hotel is dated - pictures don’t tell the real story.
