Room was comfortable, but basic

Food was good, but restaurant lacked atmosphere & wasn't very warm.

Everything! Staff friendly and courteous, rooms were clean, food was excellent. Premier Inn could learn a lot from these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First room offered was not as expected, sparse, very basic snd tired. Second room offered much better

As this was my 4th visit since xmas would not consider any other location as an ex Wssex lad now living in Norfolk brings back memories when used to visit with mates watching football also had some good parties there but staff were very good and breakfast first class. Thankyou will be down again in June

Booking got paid we had a receipt and they wanted the money again! Worst reception experience ever! The air-condition made noises! The breakfast was disgusting

It was all a great experience the staff were lovely the breakfast was excellent the bed was comfortable and good linen overall a great experience! 👍

Greeted at Reception by lovely staff. Breakfast and bar was very good for both menus. Room was clean and well maintained.

Noisy neighbours in adjoining room, internal door, so noise was quite loud. Problem was addressed with staff and much quieter 2nd night

Had to pay for car park even though staying in the hotel and car park in hotel grounds.🤔🤔 When asked why was this we were told hotel policies😵‍💫 if you book with the hotel no car park charge but if you book via Internet on their online booking you get charged, even though this wasn't on the booking site or when I phoned to book I was told best to book via online? 🤯 It would make sense if this was a deterent if you were in a busy area but as its quite remote it makes no sense.☹️

All meals were good, unfortunately service levels at both meals were not expected standard but feel that was due to incorrect staffing levels For breakfast by time we got to self service food levels were low (07.30) and by 07.50 orange juice empty and not being refilled.
