me cambiaron de hotel sin previo aviso tenia mas reuniones y equipo de trabajo en el mismo hotel y me trasladaron al sheraton por problemas en mi habitacion ya reservada y confirmada. Esto me ocaciono conflictos de logistica y tiempos no planificados

Great location within walking distance to tallest building and big shopping centres but preferred the trendier local eateries. Facilities quite tired but fully functional and quiet. Friendly staff

A little tired in need of refurn

Large and comfortable bed. Fresh drinking water daily. We had the roof pool and hot tub to ourselves one evening which was lovely. Varied and plentiful breakfast with the friendliest and most helpful waitresses. Reception staff sorted a late check out for us. Good location.

Great location, close to shops, bistros and Costerna centre.

Amazing breakfast with lots of variety. Wonderful rooftop pool and hot tub with very comfortable lounge chairs. Location close to shops and metro station.

The gym didn't have that much equipment, but it was okay.

Liegen am Pool ohne Schatten, relaxen kann man dort eher nicht.

Localização formidável. Perto do metro . Restaurante ótimo ( Baco vino ) em frente. Região arborizada agradável de se caminhar, perto do Shopping Costanera e de um mercado com preços maravilhosos para compra de vinhos ( mercado Diez)

Cheiro de lugar mal ventilado ( corredores e não quarto ). Café da manha caro.

Emplacement central, proche des transports. Il est possible de réserver un transport pour aller à l'aéroport. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner varié.

Faire attention avec quelle carte bancaire vous payer. Si carte de débit on paie 20% plus cher la chambre. Il faut avoir une carte de crédit.

Room service seemed a bit hit and miss.

Room need major upgrade and most importantly updated connectivity usb and universal charger

All amenities It was good, standard level.

I was robbed inside the Hotel, I had my backpack stolen with several personal belongings and work equipment and unfortunately to my surprise the Hotel informed us that it is not responsible for what happened, that the most it could do was to provide a taxi to the police station more next in the region and then drop me off at the airport and nothing else. It's not the first time that this has happened to me, I've been traveling for work for many years and I can't help but compare the treatment, the first time the Hotel informed me of all the procedures for reimbursement, presenting the invoice, using the images, registering the incident at the police station and in less than 1 week, I had everything refunded, with a letter of apology and regretting what happened. Four Points by Sheraton Santiago, to my surprise, treated the incident as something common and that I should have taken better care of my backpack! Detail there was no security at the door and they do not control people circulating in the lobby, they do not question and say that it is not a procedure to approach people to identify or guide these people, this also caused me indignation.

Hotel is located in a good location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and the big shopping mall. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are a bit tiny and the Gym is super small and all the equipment were super packed that I couldn't even able to stretch. My only requirement for the hotel was a Gym and this disappointment me. Pool is located at the top floor, but didn't swim in there, just checked it out.
