- Great location away from busy Karon and next to restaurants and beach - Friendly staff - The room was very clean when we arrived - The swimming pool

- The room was really old and ugly, it needs a refreshment - The mattress was terribly uncomfortable! The pillow was too high for our head. - The breakfast food is disgusting and cheap! Don’t come too late, they run out of everything!

There was nothing to like in this property

1. The really old and probably broken door to the terrace made loud shrilling noise when closed which is so loud you can't sleep, and if the door is open there are mosquitoes. 2. The room was extremely dirty, we had clean all the surfaces ourselves with a disinfectant wipe. 3. There was black mold on the curtains and in the bathroom. 4. Bathroom tiles were yellow as if not cleaned for more than 6 months 5. Old, dated rooms. Initially checked in for 6 nights, but checked out after 1 night and explained this to the hotel. But the hotel still charged us for 2 extra nights (including service charge), when all the fault was with the hotel. No way this is SHA Plus property, there are much nicer properties in the area Avoid this property at all cost.

The checkout was not the best because the guy didn't speak a word of English.

Very clean rooms. Location close to the sea. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts. I enjoyed everything.

We loved the location, such a great place to be close to all the markets and cafes,, but also close to beach!

Majority of staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly! One lady at reception was not however and it impacted our stay a little. She charged us for a stain on a hand towel which was us cleaning up some fruit juice - we should have just left it for cleaners and we wouldn't have been charged

It was close to the beach, which was nice. Also, the pool area is pretty decent. Spa facilities are tired, but Nana (I think is her name) is wonderfully talented! Definitely worth booking a session or two with her. My back has never been better.

I was thrown by the 8.3 rating from previous guests, and thought it was better than it was. If you expect standard from price, it’s a decent hotel. Breakfast was off-putting, so would book without breakfast.

staff was nice and friendly at all. breakfast was so good, I paid respect to the Chief. bed so comfy, a little hard, but it fits me. territory may need some renovation (stairs, floor, etc) but still looking good. thanks for amazing stay, I missed Thailand for moments like that!

Only stayed for two night but all was good. A good pool and breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice

There’s a main road by the hotel which can get a bit noisy .

The breakfast was fine. I would like wider selection of fruits and vegetables. The location is very good. Close to the beach and main street activities. Staff speaks very bad English..

We really like the hotel and was looking so much forward to stay there, but we had only 1 day as when we arrived our home country called us home immediately because of corona virus. What we were really sad about is that hotel did not even try to help us out. They offered nothing.. not to move our stay to later, not to return even 1 euro or give discount on anything. I as consumer really liked the hotel, but I will not book it again as I did not see any level of understanding or help in this very hard time... I do not expect all the money, but at least possibility to move the stay in the future or discount. No we got nothing...

We have stayed at Phuket for 3 weeks in 2019 and spend therefore many nights in many different hotels. Front Village is the only hotel among other hotels, that we don`t wish to recommend to others. Only bad experience here from the beginning to the end. Although our stay at Front Village was payed long time before our arrival, they managed to leave a letter on the floor where they asked ask to contact reception and pay before check out. Some of hotel stuff on reception were really hard to communicate with because of their bad English. Unnecessary stress when you are on a vacation in beautiful Thailand. Central air conditioning functioned badly in our room and we struggled to breath at night. It was not possible to regulate it. No power outlets by the beds, which is inconvenient. Bad internet connection. WC was old and we barely dared to flush the toilet because the handle seemed to break apart any minute. Stuff at the restaurant in this hotel was not friendly, while food is insanely overpriced and portions are barely big enough for kids. As for the balcony, you will not get any privacy there, as there are no any walls between balconies anywhere and the distance between them is very small. In the very end when we were ready to check out and our taxi came to pick us up, we could not leave, as stuff on the reception made us wait until somebody checked that everything was okey in our room. THAT took VERY long time and was a stressful experience, specially because we were in a hurry. Our advice - stay at Pacific Club Resort which is only a few minutes walking away from The Front Village! We regretted deeply that we checked out from Pacific Club and moved to The Front Village.
