nothing was rich or luxury. absolutely awful. the facilities were very run down. literally everything was broken. toilet didn’t work, no hot water, tv didn’t work, hotel did not provide bottled water or tissues. Villa was extremely dirty and old, staff was not helpful. avoid this place!

Very run down has had little or no maintenance no hot water no restaurant minimal staff toilets and shower didn't work properly poor TV and WiFi rooms smelled pool could do with a clean.2 star rating at best.

Considering it was the wrong villa (nothing like the pictures) and the overall hotel was the filthiest place I have ever stepped foot in, I liked nothing.

On Monday 26 September I booked Bali Rich Villa’s. Upon arrival I was shocked to see bird feces scattered across the lobby area, I have never seen this in Bali and was appalled by the conditions. The receptionist took me to my villa and I immediately noticed that this was completely different to the pictures of the villa I have booked on booking.com, being a totally new property. Upon further inspection of the property I found blood on the bed sheets, mould and furniture damage. I was disgusted by the living conditions and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not around and I was informed that no other rooms were available. I asked for the manager’s number and sent him a series of messages stating that I had been given the wrong villa (not being the one I had booked) and expressed my disgust at the Villa’s hability; providing videos / pictures as evidence. The manager did not care about the conditions or the fact that I had been given the incorrect villa. I told The manager that nobody should expect to stay in the conditions I witnessed (indeed when I asked the manager if he would stay in Bali Rich Villa’s he declined to answer). I requested a refund for being provided with the wrong villa and the manager declined. As a long-standing customer of booking.com I thought they would assist in this situation, but they didn’t. I was so shocked by this villa that I requested booking.com to at least consider removing Bali Rich Villa’s from booking.com, as no booking.com customer should have to experience the level of filth I saw nor be subjected to such treatment by a hotel manager. Booking.com ignored this request.

the cupboards doors were falling off after you opened them slidding doors were so hard to open bathtub was disgusting shower head was falling off toilet wasn’t flushing grass wasn’t cut !! absolutely terrible

the property was very dirty and there was various thing broken including the door to one of the rooms and you couldn’t lock it until they had it fixed 2 days later, was no toaster or oven and the 2 pots and pans provided were that gross you couldn’t cook in them, the shower head so horrible and didn’t have hot water one of the nights. the worse part was the sheets on the bed. when we got there there were so many stains on the sheets. didn’t even look like they had been changed for the last people. and when we asked them to change them they said they didn’t have any spare as the washing hadn’t come back that bad. the next day they changed them but they weren’t much better.

the list is endless. firstly we arrived and the staff were unsure of what was going on - we let this slide. then we arrived into the villa to find one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever tried to sleep in, there were stains on all of the sheets and duvets, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. not to start with the kitchen it was horrible and we didn’t even want to leave anything in the fridge as it was so dirty. the photos are completely misleading and this place may have been nice 10 years ago when it was opened however with no maintenance, cleaning or anything renewed since then it made sense as to the state of the villa. We also arrived back to the security man to be fast asleep at 11pm - therefore we did not want to even leave any belongings in the villa. it was awful and I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BOOK.

On booking.com this villa was advertised completely differently as it actually is. We came across a number of problems with the accommodation which we will be referring back to booking.com and trip advisor. The villa itself was unclean, it was dusty and dirty there was stray hairs everywhere, the facilities were dirty and mouldy. The mirrors in the bathrooms were mouldy and the walls had stains and mould all up them. The bedding had visible stains on it and the bedroom and bedding all had an odour to it to which makes us believe this has not been washed fresh. There was no hot water, the tv in one bedroom did not work, as fid the air-con in the other. Upon arrival the outside umbrella broke and was also mouldy, the tap was unattached and therefore could not be used. The Wi-Fi did not work despite asking your staff on multiple occasions to help us to get this to work. There was a number of problems with this accommodation. We were completely disgusted with this standard of accommodation and service. we booked this accommodation based on the information falsely provided by yourselves on booking.com and this did not in any way meet the standards as shown on the website. This is false advertisement and this is unfair to then expect the full price to be paid based on this. As I said, we will be referring this back to booking.com and trip advisor. I was then contacted via social media for payment by the staff and this is completely inappropriate and unprofessional, their level of service is ridiculous, this should have been communicated before we left the property for payment.

I only stayed one night

The worst place I have ever slept in my entire life. to start with the location is wrong and there was no one at reception. everything was very very dirty, I think I'm going to have to get vaccinated later

the location is perfect. the locals around the location are really nice. a legit moped store just a couple houses over to get a quick and cheap rental and a laundry service at the end of the strip.

it was a bit hot in the room, high ceilings and the aircon is high up also so didn’t really have a cool room. few nooks and cranny’s to fix up but understandable since bali has been very quiet for a long time and they wouldn’t of had funds to maintain. still good for its price.

the whole place is run down. two years of no tourist. no money being put into care and maintenance as the tourist start ti come back ti Bali. the location busy so people want to stay there. not like Kuta

Most things the villa was very dirty stayed 2 weeks I think maybe 1 day I was given towels without large holes in them no phone to contact anyone Dog poo everywhere in the lobby area and pathways to villas the fridge had not been cleaned for at least 2 years staff don’t speak English I have stayed at this property before COVID and was great very sad to see the lack of care now. After many years of travel to Bali this was my worst experience to date. The overall experience was quite disgusting as very poor customer experience and cleaning i would not recommend anyone stay here if they are concerned about health and cleanliness

It beats my record for the worst place I have ever stayed anywhere in the world.

I am not saying this lightly. Room was NOT attemped to be cleaned before my stay. Dirty towels, sheets, toilets, baths, floors, all cupboards broken, kitchen condemned. The photos are a scam. The photos are not what you get. Could not stomuch to stay it was so bad. No chance of refund. Scam in Bali.
