Good location, close to beach and there is a pool

When I decided to take a bath there was no plug in room and receptionist told me plumber is not working already (7pm) and there is nothing she can do🤷🏻‍♂️. Next day I wanted to open umbrella near the pool but there was no fixator. So hotel stuff misses some small things which can upset. Also TV in room was really small and only paid media was available except regular channels.

Location is on the beach. The room was clean enough. Some of the hotel’s staff acted very professional.

The entry in the garage may be tricky for long cars. The garage itself looks like is in construction. There were paddles, some sort of garbage and smell of mold. There were noises from the lift and from the room’s fridge. There is not any kettle as advertised. The hotel rooms are mixed with private apartments. My car had been scratched inside hotel’s garage. Parking outside the hotel may be a challenge during the top season.

The only good thing about the property is the location. It is on the beach, in the calm part of Pomorie.

It is not clean at all, no COVID-19 measures are applied. The cleaning service in the rooms is unsatisfactory, same in the restaurant. The breakfast was one and the same every morning, it is poor and of low quality. Every morning there was something missing- coffee, cups for the coffee, toaster not switched on and the staff in the restaurant was just sitting outside, chatting and doing nothing.

Nice staff trying to do their best, even if some of them do not speak English. Nice location, close to the main street, shops. Great fish restaurant on site.

Poor breakfast choice, especially for vegetarian + instant coffee. Double bed is not a double but 2 single beds without top mattress. Rooms were not cleaned during the 4 nights stay (neither beds were not made, nor towels changed). City view rooms are not very specious and they are old fashioned.

It was dirty. There were ants everywhere. The air conditioner didn’t work , so didn’t the TV. The staff wasn’t polite. The restaurant in the hotel was very poor.
