Breakfast was great. Dinner was OK but felt like eating in a hotel foyer. Also the pool, spa & sauna were great - all just the right temperature

Free parking would have been helpful. I asked for chamomile tea bags and the tea bags were just dropped at the door & we didn't realise for an hour that this was the case. A wider selection of tea bags would have been good.

The hotel was fantastic- the room, bathroom, service were exceptional. LOVED the breakfast buffet.. really good value for money and great coffee that’s included in the buffet. Very accomodating with an extra bed, extra water and ice each day.

The mid week dinner buffet was not value for money. $49 an adult and 2 hot meat dishes and 2 pasta dishes to choose from. There needs to be more options. Generally speaking the food/drink/coffee prices are higher than any other place ($8 a small coffee)

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were so good, I slept very well. Buffet breakfast was lovely. The bathtub was very good, large and even better with complementary bath salts.

When we arrive there was a dirty nappy in the bin next to the tv, they came and got it straight away but still. The distance from room to car was far.

We had 2 joint rooms for a family of 5 - very spacious and clean with beautiful views across the lawn and trees. Room service was very good.

Location was ideal, the facilities are acceptable, the staff were very helpful. Font desk could have been a little more informative. Bar was good food was good. Serving staff were great

Room was not very clean. bathroom was acceptable. However, we found cockroach in the bed and reported it to the front desk on our departure. I did take a photo but was not asked to produce it.

Beautiful space used for my wedding morning and weekend, felt like a princess staying in this hotel!

Warm friendly staff at check-in, good accessibility from on-site parking (at additional cost), great atmosphere created by dedicated staff and a great building. Dining was excellent, comfortable beds and decent sized rooms made for a very enjoyable stay.

Maybe parking could be cheaper or complimentary.

The room wasn’t great with TV to the side of the bed and old technology.

The staff were great and helpful. Whilst the amenities were great esp for my son

Our room had a little bit of a damp smell and was constantly hot considering we were located in the ground level. We thankfully had air conditioning to assist with the heat but not with the smell.

Facilities and rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was central to our travel needs.

Service of hospitality staff was very slow and on multiple occassions orders were misplaced or forgotten. Breakfast service on Saturday was slow with eggs from the egg bar unavailable until we had completed our meal. Finally, the noise from the wedding reception on Saturday night prevented us from sleeping until after midnight.

Good location, very clean but we seem to have an unusual amount of problems

Moved twice because of problems with rooms. Air conditioning not working in first room, air conditioning very noisy in next room. Third bedroom good. Bar ran out of snacks, apparently because it was Sunday. It’s like service was on a day off.

It’s old fashioned and comfortable. The beds are gorgeous. Bathrooms big and deep baths. There is a lovely garden to sit in and have impromptu lunch at any time. It’s very central, and on the weekend, parking is free.

The pool is inside and smells strongly of chlorine. Our shower leaked, but it had great pressure. Lovely toiletries and bathrobes, no balconies to speak of.

This hotel is really a very nice hotel to stay at and it was our second time staying at the Hyatt. The room was a good size and very comfortable with a great outlook to the lake. The hotel is in a really good location and was close to the lake and many attractions. The hotel served very good coffee and the room service meals were excellent.

Some of the front staff could have been a bit more helpful especially when checking into the property but not a major criticism.

The staff, especially Summer, went above and Beyonce to make us feel comfortable. They were sympathetic, compassionate and helpful when we ran into an issue, after having arrived very late at night. This was our first time at the Hyatt - we would often stay at a competitor Hotel when we previously travelled to Canberra - but the Hyatt staff have won us over with their service and we will definitely be back.

Hotel em imóvel histórico com excelente conforme é instalações. Quarto espaçoso, silencioso e muito confortável. Estacionamento no local.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was lovely and clean.

The breakfast didn’t match the standards for the property. The egg station made a mess of the omelette I asked for and my partner did not receive eggs cooked without any runny yolk, although saying that everything was yummy especially the pastry I had.

my room was downstairs. tired with a few luggage no one helped me and the only first thing reception asked me about was the payment.

Didn’t like this place much old building muds and dirt around the bathroom tiles. The backyard ground was actually higher than my room. Also interior room design had the TV beside my bed and when I asked reception a lady said ‘all the hotels are like this’ I said thanks for informing me. also needed assistant with ordering she said look for the QR code in the room. No slippers in the room. View was the worst I ever had also. Carpark also was not free. from the closest nightly free car park to your downstairs room is fairly bit of a distance. breakfast was not that exciting. chicken sausage and egg were the nicest ones I had. Dinner portion was like as big as two fingers piece of fish. One seafood night dinner was nice with nice food. Plates, cups and cutlers look and give not hotel feeling as they don’t look high quality.
