Excellent breakfast and location, but the highlight was super helpful staff. Always ready to help with a smile! We only had 2 nights at the resort, so we really appreciated the possibility for early check-in and late check-out. Thank you so much!

There was smelly foods left in the room from the previous guests. However we got help with that really quickly.

The hotel staff were all fantastic and so friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent. We had breakfast each day and the choice and quality were brilliant, we also had dinner two times in the restaurant and again the food and service was excellent. I would happily visit this hotel again.

Mattress and pillows are too soft

breakfast was varied, and being a vegan i found some good food choices. Staff was very polite and friendly. pleasant and welcoming hotel

The room was a long way from reception and dining area.

Over all it was comfortable, clean and tidy

Long walk from lifts to our room we requested (renovated room) with snowboard bag and other luggage was difficult. Looking a bit dated in the public areas such as hallways, restaurant, lobby/reception etc. would still stay here again though

Good breakfast, comfortable room, nice hotel. good dining options in the village. A great option to stay if going to hike to Pieni Karhunkierros

Maybe the way to my room was a bit long, but no issues.

very close to the slopes. had good ski storage. beds were super comfortable. had a good bar. nice breakfast.

couldn’t seem to control the temp in the room. some days really warm others a bit chilly. wasn’t a lift to get up to our room and had to carry suitcases up a spiral staircase.
