amazing staff and amazing hotel, they looked after me really well. I love the facilities, I love how informative the staff were.

Lovely that is was a heated pool otherwise I probably wouldnt of used it so that was a big plus, good swim up bar, and the bed was comfy

Food wasnt great and very expensive for what it was. Not a huge choice, could have more lighter meal or snack options to enjoy round the pool as well.

Room very good but would have liked a microwave. Grounds and facilities excellent, location is wonderful. Food prices were a bit expensive in the Restuarant, could be better value.

Amazing pool, spacious ,clean, nicely decorated rooms and a Japanese floating garden with reading pods. Good restaurant and cocktail bar. Friendly staff.

There is a path to the beach but not to the area with a fishnet. Not walking distance to the main street.

Room was very clean and tidy. Daily room service, plenty of milk, tea and coffee. Complimentary bottles of water. Pool was very large and nice, right by the bar and restaurant. Free wifi too

The bathroom smelt of sewage. Maintenance came to fix it twice but the smell kept coming back. We were only moved to another room on our last night despite multiple requests. Hundreds of dead ants appeared in the room overnight. They told us to clean this ourselves. We waited for housekeeping instead. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room one day. When we informed reception, they told us to bring the used towels down to exchange them ourselves. They didn’t remove rubbish from the room throughout our stay either. When we discussed reimbursement for all this, the receptionist and manager spoke to us extremely rudely. We got 2 nights of our stay reimbursed but the whole experience was an ordeal. Rude staff and poor housekeeping seem to be recurrent themes in other reviews. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

The gardens are beautiful, with a great location and the pool is nice.

The staff were indifferent and there was no proper daily room cleans, changing of the sheets or cleaning of the actual room. The push for ‘Time Share’ is not what we expect when visiting a Resort / Hotel. f Time Share is the way of the future for the Ramada and even other Hotel Chains, we will look for alternative accomodation!

Poor facilities, laundry out of order, reception desk staff usually not present so nobody to help. But the worse by far was Rebecca (meant to be the manager on duty, or so she told us) which is certainly not the profile to have for customer service. We complained about the fire alarm ringing THREE times in the middle of the night and waking us all up, and she answered as if she wasn’t aware of it (impossible) and later said that it was due to the fog condensation (at a hotel you are obviously expecting to rest) and that we could rather leave somewhere else. Terrible.

stayed in many hotels, this one was run beautifully. great pool facilities. big rooms and open space. lovely and cool during the warm season. great bar and bistro!

a little far from town to walk however had a hire car so was really not an issue

quality of room service needs to be improved. No food after 8pm was a bummer. we saw many other guests and ourselves going out for dinner becuase we missed the hotel dinner period. would be good if the hotel offered 24*7 room service.
