The recently renovated room!

Breakfast in bed was amazing. Also we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and a lovely card congratulating us on our anniversary which really set the tone for our relaxing holiday. The view from our balcony was beautiful, faculties lovely, clean an modern. Can’t fault anything!
Had a cold shower on our last morning. Perhaps a lot of people all having a quick shower before check out used up the hot water all at once?

the hotel was amazing! Breathtaking views, comfortable room with the balcony over the pool, food was amazing and close to other restaurants with a various variety aswell. The beach right across the road and a good selection of shops aswell.
the carpark lighting was terrible and hard to see would be my only thing I could say was wrong with the whole stay but didn't at all ruin my stay.

The location is perfect to relax with the beach just across the hotel.
The beds are dated and needs a new one, as it sags in the middle, feels over used. There is some smell in two of the pillows.
There was no toothpaste in the kits.

The staff were friendly and clearly trying to do their best.
The room wasn’t ready. The spa was “being cleaned” the whole time we were there and never able to be used. Breakfast was nice but the dining atmosphere was chaotic.

The location is very close to beach and easy access to beach and restaurants
The bed wax not comfortable and bed linens were bad, polyester and wasn’t comfortable at all. I’ve got backache after sleeping in the bed.

Parking for $35 for a day
A lot of sunbeds were reserved with towels so could’ve done with some policing on that or a 3/4 hour time limit as there wasn’t many sun beds for the amount of rooms. This would let more people enjoy the pool.

What made our whole family experience, was definitely by far the Staff. We’ve never experienced such friendly and welcoming and accommodating hospitality from staff, nothing was an issue and they went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful property with wonderfully decorated new suits and very attentive staff. Every effort was made to make us feel accommodated and taken care of. The bar and restaurant downstairs was luxuriously decorated with a beautiful outlook.
The night club down stairs was so loud and we heard loud music and crowds from the night scene until early in the morning

Differing knowledge and service from employees. Check in asked if I could use eftpos to avoid fees and I was told regardless the fee applies. On check
Out asked the question and as I expected no fee would have applied on paying with eftpos as appose credit.
