Petit déjeuner assez diversifié et complet correspondant à nos attentes. Accès facile aux remontées et retour aisé à l'hotel Personnel très gentil et serviable.

Dans le restaurant, les ustensiles n'étaient pas toujours au mêmes endroits et pas mis logiquement où ils auraient été le plus utile. Les chambres n'étaient pas faite tous les jours, on a dû le signaler plusieurs fois à la réception (le personnel de ménage est clairement en sous effectif). Lors de ma réservation sur booking, je n'ai pas eu le choix de prendre la demi pension. Donc pour pouvoir manger sur place il fallait réserver mais pas avant 10h30 le jour même (heure à laquelle on est sur les pistes). Impossible de prendre la demi pension lorsqu'on est déjà sur place. Les repas du soir avaient une qualité très relative qui tenait plus de la cantine scolaire que du restaurant (30€ par personne). La salle de jeu propose du matériel plus qu'abimé. Le bar n'est ouvert que le soir et donc impossible de prendre un café ou autre en journée (pour ceux qui ne skient pas).

Location to ski slopes and lifts was amazing, also close to bars and restaraunts. Beds were very comfortable which is always a concern for me as I cannot sleep in a hard bed. The decor is quite tired but perfectly clean so certainly not a problem for us especially considering the price we paid. Food good with plenty of variety for both breakfast and evening meal. Staff extremely helpful and polite and very hardworking ensuring tables and environment kept clean and clutter free. Easy access to ski hire shop next door and great locker rooms with heated boot lockers. Excellent value for money and perfect base for fabulous ski holiday.

Would have like tea and coffee making facilities in room but not really a problem.
