Staff was pleasant, free parking, close to airport, fairly good breakfast, clean towels

room was an absolute ice box. temp will only go to 19C, although I don't think it even reached that temperature it was so cold. First room had a panel missing from the ceiling and streams of dried liquid running down the entire wall when first entering. hairs all over sheets and pillow case. Asked for a new room which seemed cleaner but still had hairs on bedding and different surfaces around the room. Breakfast was nice but not worth almost 14euros.

We needed a hotel for the night when going to a concert at the Zenith, Nantes. This hotel was perfect - 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh.

A mini-fridge, or more tea or water in the room - but these are only tiny moans.

Terrible, The room was cold cause the heater didn't work properly. I took a cold shower cause there was no hot water and the staf said that maybe too many people where taking a shower in the same moment... Maybe i should have checked with the other guest when i could take my shower?! unbeliavable! They didn't make my bed or cleaned my room or even changed my towels. Never staying there again!

Nice clean and quiet room with comfortable beds. 10 min to the airport which was perfect since we had an early flight. Free parking. Close to shopping centre, IKEA and supermarkets. Friendly staff and fast check-in.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful when asked questions. The room was basically what you want in a hotel room, bed, tv, bathroom, kettle and air conditioning, a bit small but fairly comfortable. Despite being near a very major road, the rooms were quiet, the most you heard were people closing their car doors and only if your room overlooked the car park.

The location wasn’t amazing, and we definitely needed to drive to anywhere we needed to go, but the bus stops are also not that far away. A few times after a room was cleaned things would not be cleaned very well, or would not be replaced, I.e. bin was changed and something sticky left on the floor and not cleaned up, shower gel/shampoo/ conditioner bottles knocked over and broken, and no new bath mat, or towel or water but this was fairly minor and apart from the bottles being knocked over all fixed on the next cleaning.

The room was comfortable, and clean with modern facilities, The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful and attempted to speak English when possible.

The room was not spacious. The door to the bathroom was in a locked position so it could not be closed for privacy.

We had to unexpectedly get a place as our initial flight was cancelled and we then had to reroute through Nantes. We travel, well, quite a bit, and very rarely have we found such a lovely set of staff. The room was clean, and the location was near a shopping centre with a Leclerc (which I think is the best French supermarket but I know that's up for debate). Also the room service was pretty good, the cheese portion being ideal for a brief jaunt to France, meaning we stuffed our faces full of cheese. Anyway, if you are going to Nantes, Alexandra and the other gentleman whose name we didn't catch will take really good care of you.

Tbh the only issue was getting a cab so early in the morning (our flight left at stupid o'clock) but the hotel staff were lovely and booked it for us.
