Nice clean place good food

Noisy until 2am

staff friendly, food simple but good, bedroom and shower room basic but clean and comfortable

this is a sports bar. 6 screens playing sky sports continually, even at meals. my teenage son loved that and clearly many guests did too. but a new experience for me! no choice with dinner but I am coeliac and ( for a charge) they gave me really good GF options. that was really appreciated.

wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, you have to stay in the bar to be able to connect.

We loved this hotel.the staff were incredible, the meals were amazing and the town was absolutely beautiful.

The room was tiny I was always banging my feet on the other furniture and you had to move the bed to open the curtains what a disgrace I asked to be moved but would have to see the manager and cost more I will never go there ever again n

great location from town and next to bus stop . great bar with atmosphere and busy. Good choice of food . continental breakfast included we did have English breakfast one day and was very good

we were on second floor and had a shared balcony on the second night our neighbours were up talking on the balcony and we could hear everything plus moving of chairs . also as the hotel is in town and located near the church beware of the bells every 30 minutes from 7.00 am .

Great location. Cheap. Clean. Friendly staff. Secure bike storage. Does the job for a long weekend riding holiday with mates.

Room is a bit cramped. Probably wouldn't stay there with my family due to noise from the bar and drunk Brits at night.

Paid for late checkout but one staff member approached me & friend and said we should of been out of the room and no record of keeping room on. Mis communication between staff. Limited breakfast. Expensive for drinks. Asked for invoice but never received.

Great location in the town close to centre and friendly staff.good menu and food service.

Rooms are on the small side and bar prices bit steep.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bar below served a nice continetal breakfast included in teh price. The full english additoinal was worth the money!! Located right by lifts for easy access to Le Plenney and Super Morzine! The staff were all really helpful and catered to our needs when ever we asked. Big shout out to the Manager and staff that assisted with an issue we had. A Friend had a very big crash on the mountain and after stuggling to to find any way of getting the to hospital to see him and take some things, the manager offered to take us instead. tTalk about going above and beyond. Could not fault and would definatly go back again

Their was a bit of noise being near a main road, and the church bells going off first thing the morning. Can not fault the hotel for this, its jsut one of those things. With teh doors closed the noise was massivley reduced, but with 35 degree temps outside it gets a little hot!

The loud noise from the bar terrasse until 2 am; the tiny room (you cannot even stand in the corridor, and barely in the shower); the 300€ bank authorisation requested upon arrival although room was already fully paid.
