Good location on the edge of the town, with parking close by. The hotel was set in a converted monastery which gave it a feeling of serenity. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were very plain, almost austere, but that is to be expected given the previous life of the hotel.

Free tea and coffee in the room would be nice. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

The place is in a good position in Erice and it is very tranquil. The parking is good as well.

The air conditioning does not function well despite an 18 degrees temperature. The mattress is not comfortable.

Leaky shower created wet and cold shower floor in our room, fresh bath towels were not completely dry and was the only hotel in our 5 week trip throughout Italy and Sicily that had Instant Coffee in the room (although cappuccino served downstairs in the dining room was excellent).

Little gem in the old town

Great location and friendly staff who spoke English. Elena was very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. Comfortable rooms and the restaurant was fantastic!

the accommodation was comfortable. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we were informed about the area with map and instructions on how to navigate the commune. The manager personally carried our bags from the car to our room. we ate in the restaurant and again the manager was at hand and attentive, he recommend local dishes and wine and explained the composition of each dish. Both the accommodation and food were excellent value for money.

We had no negative feelings

Historic feeling, pretty hotel. The staff were kind and professional. Quiet and a very pleasant stay. We were there in April and there was free parking just outside the Porta Carmine town gate but you have to circle the town to get to it and stay out of the ZTL. There restaurant opened to serve us dinner early.

It's on the opposite side of town from the Castle.
