Breakfast is really delicious. Good to have a try on Italian food. The location is really easy to reach and the room is very big and cozy. The host is very friendly.

The private parking fee is expensive. Need to pay 20 Euro.

Its classy decoration of the rooms, the lobby, the hallway, and the staircase is very impressive, above and beyond my expectation.

The elevator doesn't work for some of the rooms on the second floor.

A really beautiful building and a very well appointed bedroom . The staff were lovely and the service in the restaurant and at breakfast .Our evening meal was very good and the restaurant has a nice ambiance . The location is perfect for exploring Pienza .

Our family of four stayed at Hotel San Gregorio for one night during the Easter holidays of 2023. It was a memorable stay and certainly we will be returning to Hotel San Gregorio. Breakfast was genuinely outstanding. Buffet provided a large variety of both sweet and savory options. My wife was also genuinely impressed by the gluten free options. All in all, excellent all around. Location was also excellent, just a few yards from Pienza's historical centre and scenic pedestrian route. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay during our time in Pienza.

Well located, steps from the heart of Pienza. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were great, from the front desk person to the waiters and housekeepers. Breakfast was included and really good. We found a public free parking right around the corner from the hotel. I highly recommend staying there.

Loved the location. Right in the centre of pienza, just outside the walls so super short walk into the old part of town. We have 2 small kids and there was a nice little park 100m walk away. The staff at the hotel were super nice, accommodating and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and nice. Only suggestion would be to have a kettle in the room with coffee and tea. They didn't have this.

The a/c wasnt very good and was a bit noisy. Only worked at night and not in the day so when our kids had their day nap it was a bit warm. Tried having the windows open but then you had dogs barking and noise from the road. Would also have liked a kettle with coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will choose this hotel again if I come next time.

due to Corona restrictions, the breakfast bar had limited options, thus, the breakfast was every basic. if you stayed directly above the restaurant/bars, you would always hear noise till the restaurant closed after the midnights
