4ième séjour au Lago, mais tout est changé, nous avons du attendre 1 heure devant la porte fermée de l'hôtel la réception n'ouvrant qu'à 17h30 - aucun effort du personnel d'un 3 étoiles pour ouvrir avant. Le restaurant décris sur le site booking était fermé. Amabilité limite du personnel qui nous a dit "d'aller manger au village". Comme à l'habitude, BOOKING ne vérifie pas le niveau des établissements et se contente de répondre "nous nous basons sur l'avis des clients..." Mais les avis peuvent différé, selon la saison, l'étage de votre chambre, ou le changement d'actionnaire.

The location and the views are great, also the heating was quite good.

The room have a kitchen but is totally empty so this was not useful at all. unfortunately the second night there was a teenager party so I couldn’t sleep until it finished maybe 2 am can’t remember.

The staff and the location were amazing.

The breakfast was very minimal and the room was very hot with only a small window covered by wood from the outside.

Friendly staff and a good location. Great location for bike rides and hiking.

Check- Inn/out process is very poorly managed. The room was so hot that it made the stay very uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very basic and not worth of paying for. Overall a bit disapointing experience.
