La persona de recepción muy amable, llegamos con unos minutos de retraso y muy amablemente nos atendió. El parking de pago , es justo enfrente al apartamento, una excelente ubicación por tratarse de un casco histórico. El edificio está muy bien restaurado.
El baño realemente necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Cada vez que te sentabas en la taza del váter, se te movía todo. Creo que con mantenimiento y quizás una renovación sencilla luciría mejor.

Nice staff. We were scared at night late when we arrived and someone stayed with us on the phone.
Terrible smell of mold, uncomfortable bed, old and felt dirty, FELT SUPER SCARY AND UNSAFE for two young women traveling. We were afraid to go out at night in the neighborhood and crossing the bridge to the parking at night was what we were suggested to do, but didn’t look at all like a good idea.
We weren’t expecting much, but it was pretty bad.

Location was good, facilities ok.
Lots of noise from neighbours. Lots of loud banging and shouting so couldn't really sleep. Disappointing as I was very tired.

Really good option for 3 stars hotel! building is unique. we had a wonderful view from the room.
Soap is really chip and not ecological. it would be better with a liquid one.

Location is great with loads of shops/ restaurants around, train station just a short walk away.
The apartment was really nice and spacious, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, big balcony.
Easy check in.
It was a bit cold downstairs even though there was an AC with heating on. Upstairs was fine.

The building is nice and close to the train station (7min walk). The staff was friendly. The apartment was clean and with the heat on when I arrived (I visited during winter).
The shower is small and the wi-fi wasn't so good. But overall it was really good!

Good location. Close to main square.
Didn’t like having to pay extra for parking (€24 for two nights) which was unexpected.
Metal stairs to bedroom in loft which had very low ceilings and beams.

Dangerously faulty hob, broken furniture, microwave didn't work, very late notice for lack of access to hotel with our car (hours after free cancellation cut off), incorrect room description.. detailed a kitchen, was an under equipped kitchenette, said there was a
coffee machine which there wasn't etc

Beautiful building on the edge of the historic centre.
Not much room in the shower, try not to burn yourself. Not very accommodating for an early check-in.

We had a lovely stay, host where very helpful, the location was great, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was a little on the small side and the WiFi was a bit hit and miss but overall we loved our time here and we'll be back.

The location is very good
The apartment was in need of an overhaul, when it was first renovated I would imagine it was very nice but things are getting worn and tired now. The shower is ridiculously small it is the first shower I have ever taken where you have to switch off the water and open the door to enable you to wash your feet.

the accommodation was good kitchen bath everything was clean and spacious
a bit costly but the rest was good reception building apartment and crockery was also exactly as needed

Spacious, modern. We were with a group of cyclists. There was plenty of room to keep the bicycles in the apartment.
Very helpful personell.
I guess you could add some lights to make it more cosy.
And an extra toilet on the ground floor would have been nice.

had 2 apartments which are in an old building.
it is right in the centre. An underground parking garage is opposite and cost around 21 euros per day
There is a double bed upstairs which quite steep stairs not adequate for senior citizens and young childres. There is a sofabed downstairs.

It's in a good location and the apartment looks very nice at first
The apartment was not clean at all. Even some of the dishes were dirty... Also, considering the price, the bathroom was below standard

The bed was comfortable, especially suitable to recover from our travel from Montserrat. The location was convenient for us as we had planned to visit the Cova de Sant Ignasi. It was also near a few plazas and we were able to get good dinner and also experience the company of the Manresa locals.
We loved every moment of the trip. It would be perfect if there was a clothes drying line or rack as there was a washing machine in the apartment. We had to improvise and hang our laundry with hangars outside the terrace roof. That said, this did not affect our experience too much :)

The location for pilgrims is absolutely perfect - close to the train station, Cathedral, and Cave of St. Ignatius, as well as within a 10 minute walk to the shopping center of the city.
The reception and lobby were very sleek and modern but the facilities inside could’ve used some updating.

could have been better furnished. Had everything necessary, but a bit spartan. Balcony was dirty. bathroom very small.

Exceptional and very nice service at the reception, apartament was very nice and for the price that we paid it was not expensive.
Maybe shower could have been a little bit more clean.

Parking was an issue. Ther lot that we were supposed to use is closed on Sunday, the day we arrived.
