A vista do quarto é incrível! Você acordar e dormir com a vista de copa é maravilhoso. O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura. O terraço é ótimo pra tomar banho de sol. Ótimo café da manhã. O atendimento também é muito bom.

Gostei de tudo.

Localização excelente. Já haviamos hospedados anteriormente. Café da manhã com grande variedade. Boa qualidade das frutas. Presteza no atendimento dos garçons e de parte da recepção. Porteiro prestativo (Eudes).

Frustação em relação ao atendimento de algumas pessoas da recepção (Nancy e Yasmin) bem como erraram MUITO no frigobar dos quartos. Nunca ocorreu anteriormente. Em qualquer estadia já estive. No máximo 1 ou outro item. Decepcionante o restaurante do Hotel. Um almoço e um jantar no Otaviano. Para este nível de Hotel infelizmente o Restaurante NÃO corresponde a expectativa. O Maitre foi cordial em não cobrar um creme de legumes. Mas num restaurante Vc quer que corresponda a expectativa de um prato especial. Em se tratando de culinária espanhola.

Todo muy lindo y limpio, desayuno variado y muy rico.

Mi esposo llevó un perfume aproximadamente de 200 ml pero tenia la mitad y a los dos dias de nuestra estancia no tenia nada de perfume, no dió mucha pena saber esto porque era costoso y los días Siguientes no tenía que echarse para oler bien, es una lástima que sucedan estas cosas .

Old hotel, run down, hygiene standards very poor. Not many staff can speak English. Breakfast is average.

Lovely roof terrace with pool and great view. Clean and breakfast good.

Although many of the staff were lovely and friendly, there were a few who really let the side down. Avoid eating in the restaurant and the food is terrible and the waiter grumpy and rude. Tried to scam us for a bottle of wine we had not ordered and would not drop it when we complained. We had requested rooms on the same floor but when we checked in the person on reception wanted to charge extra for this on the basis that we could not have a decent view if we had booked rooms in a certain category. We were given rooms four floors apart which did not feeling accommodating given we had requested rooms close to each other months in advance.

very very low value for money, very old hotel which should have been renewed at least 10 years ago. not 100% clean, very noisy cleaning staff in the mornings, poor sound isolation in general, AC smells bad, all installations very out dated. some staff are friendly others are not. their focus in on generating money / not service. very very low quality for money, in Europe I wouldn’t pay even 50$ / night for this one. breakfast was not too bad to be honest but that was all.

Breakfast had great variety and felt very authentically Brazilian. Room was comfy and staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. Having towels provided specifically for the pool and/or beach was a great touch. The location is very convenient for visiting different parts of the city and of course the beach! As a bonus, it was great having a taxi stand directly outside for getting around.

The room was much larger than expected. Not quite the size of U.S. business class hotel, but very large and comfortable. The bed also was very large and comfortable (although too soft on one side for me, but some people like that). The view of Copacabana beach was worth the premium price. I had two issues with the bathroom (slow running toilet, clogged sink) for which I do NOT fault the hotel. First, when I reported the problems, the hotel IMMEDIATELY sent someone up to fix the problems. (I fault why the previous occupant of the room did not report the issues. How is the hotel supposed to know if someone does not report them. And I know the hotel was not at fault because of how fast they fixed the problems once I reported them.)

The add-ons to the price after I booked were higher than I expected. Fitness center was very small.
