Location, rooms ( we had 2) and service was awesome!

Bathroom/shower situation was a little funky. A shower curtain would have been nice. Also, there was not enough hot water at times.

The location is good, right in the centre of the Old Town. If you are travelling by car, however, parking can be problematic. Although free, parking nearby is in high demand, so it is a bit of a hit-and-miss proposition. We were lucky to find spots when we needed them. The morning host, Mary, was lovely. We enjoyed many conversations with her and she made a number of valuable recommendations regarding dining and things to see during our 3 day stay. She even offered her help if we had any questions or problems during the rest of our stay in Greece.

We had a bit of an issue with the bathtub/shower combination in our room. The tub was jetted (we didn't use it) but when you showered, there was a lot of splashing and leakage. We needed to do a lot of mopping up after each use. The bed was not bad, but was not the best, either.

Even though the building is very old, the inside is superb. Old charm. Close to restaurants and the main square. Beautiful setting. Lovely little veranda. The host Maria was very hospitable.

I would have liked a kettle to make coffee.

Everything was perfect: clean room, very comfortable bed and INCREDIBLE host. Maria is very welcoming and warm hearted person that made our stay in Napflio unforgettable. We would definitely stay again here if we come again to napflio!

Close to the city center, close to the sea. Clean and cosy room. Friendly hosts. Really good vaalue for money. We would definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay at one of the private guest rooms. The host was very welcoming and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed as well as giving us great recommendations for things to do. The air conditioning was great, which was very important as it was over 38 degrees celcius outdoors. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Location was ideal! Parking was easy, only 60m away. The host offered us free drinks and cookies every morning.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke coming in the room even though we had booked nonsmoking accommodation. It was that strong we had to open the window to let fresh air through. In the bathroom, there were water marks around the jacuzzi and mould on the top of tiles at eye level. Some sockets were unsafe; when pulling the plug out, the socket housing came out with the plug.

The AirConditioning in the room was fixed to Too Low, meaning that it required a lot of time for the temperature in the room to drop. Also there was quite some noise from the street outside.

The location was fantastic, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Maria the owner was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, it is just in the town center and the beach is about 10 minutes walk. It is a very cute hotel decorated with modern details.

We wanted to leave the bags during the morning and enjoy the time we had left before going to the airport, but because there was no one at the property after 11.30 AM we had to take them with us. It would have been great to be able to leave them there and not have the hassle to carrying them around.

Location was lovely slightly above the town with our own terrace in room 6. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Peaceful yet within easy reach of everything in the old town.

The only occasional disturbance was the noise of a generator or boiler in the early part of the night. We couldn't locate where it was coming from so not sure if it was inside the property

Great location and friendly staff who live on site. The room was very large, well appointed, but not very private.

The air conditioner did not work very well. The bed was also typical European and very hard.

Maria was very friendly, going above and beyond when asked for help. The room and bathroom was great! Bathroom was more spacious than i thought actually. Located on a slope at the side of old town, was a wonderful stay to explore Nafplio! No private parking but can surely find a place to park... just how near or far it would be. Love the free chockies, coffee and biscuit even though we didn't pay for breakfast. Near to the entrance of the promenade for a wonderful sunset walk

Not the host fault but would have been useful to get to the road right next to it to unload our luggage. The first night as car park was full, had to park at the bottom of the slop and carry two big luggage up 2 long flight of stairs. Really not for the faint heart or not fit!

Lovely location and the room had a balcony which was facing the sea. It was steps away from the centre and the staff were lovely and warm. The bed was comfortable and quiet.

The lights could have been warmer and there was only one bedside light. The fact that staff were not present at the premises meant there was no 24h reception. They were very helpful though and came immediately when one of the guests left their key in the front door so we could not get in at 12 AM.

Everything was excellent! Maria is just a super host & property manager! We couldn’t ask for more! Everything was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so it’s an excellent place to stay in the old town! Super clean rooms and cozy decoration too! We were also extremely lucky to book the room with the balcony! Will choose Palazzo again when we will find ourselves in Nafplion! 😊

The owner Maria is such a lovely lady made the stay so much better, she would make you the best coffee in the morning with some juice and snacks to start the day, the suite was in a good location for parking a car and easy walk down some steps to be straight in the town but far enough away to not suffer with noise, such a lovely place I hope we can visit again
