Le vendredi soir 28/06, une seule employée pour TOUT faire !!!! Accueil, service du repas ( nous étions un groupe) nettoyage !

Le calme.
Le manque de personnel. Une seule personne pour tout gérer. Au petit déjeuner, le buffet n'était pas réapprovisionné et il fallait attendre car manque de vaisselle (couteaux, tasses, coupelles et charcuterie ). Une personne ne peut pas tout faire.
La couette était tachée à plusieurs endroits même si la housse était propre.
Par rapport aux autres Campanile d'il y a quelques années, un manque d'entretien dû au manque de personnel.

L’emplacement facile à trouver avec tout ce qu’il faut dans les environs la literie est bonne et ce n’était pas bruyant (après j’ai le sommeil lourd) et le personnel très agréable et courtois. Le coin est sympa il y a pleins de bonnes choses à déguster et sûrement autant à visiter.
La propreté de la douche avec des joints noircies et j’ai également trouvé quelque chose qui ressemblait à de la nourriture pour animaux ( enfin j’ose espérer que c’était bien ça) sur le côté du placard penderie, et l’accès difficile à la baignoire pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Easy access on way to Alps. Usual campanile rooms Think Travelodge- 2 but great value for money in France do you can’t complain

Having stayed in this & other Campaniles in the past it was all good as expected.

Rooms are simple but comfy.
Receptionist nearly made me pay twice for the room..Once with booking.com and once at the Hotel! In fact she only wanted me to pay extra 1€ for the overnight tax. This should be detailed in the booking that you may be asked for more!
Room was very cold despite temps going down to 4° last night.

We were a bit disappointed my daughter forgot her jacket there, we emailed them straight away, but they never text or called back. We called them many times a lady pick up the phone saying no English. Well what can we do now.

Nice size room ( we were given a family room) and bathroom with plenty of towels. Kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Good choice of things for breakfast .
Our room was round the back which meant it was dark , felt a bit oppressive.I’m sure if we’d had one overlooking the front it would have had a much better ambiance. The room was basic and a little tired.

we usually use Campanile in Pontarlier as a stopping point going to Switzerland and Italy from Belgium. We like it because it is reasonably priced and the rooms are larger that the ones at other economy hotels.
snow had fallen a few days before and access was therefore more difficult.

Great comfortable beds, electric teapot in room with coffee and several teas, comfortable rooms, amicable staff.

Exterior shabby ….in particular the rear staircase which needs serious rejuvenation

Location in industrial area. Breakfast could be better, because it was to much straight french. No thought on what other Europeans would like.
