Location is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet.

De inrichting van de kamer was aangenaam. Ontbijt was goed, wel druk door de toch beperkte ontbijtruimte.
De badkamer is wel zeer klein. Vooral de douche: die was gewoon veel te klein. Zelfs met een douchegordijn kon je er nauwelijks in bewegen.

Ein angenehmes Hotel.
Leider war in der Nacht ein stark betrunkener Schreihals auf der Straße unterwegs. Der hat uns damit geweckt. Es war zwar wegen dem Mirabellenfest in Metz zu erwarten, aber der war doch ziemlich laut.

Buffet petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Très vonne situation géographique.
L'état de la SDB était bof. Moisissures sur les joints et dans les coins. La lunette de WC n'était pas bien fixée, elle "voyageait"... Mais dans l'ensemble c'était correct.

Hotel car park was full but hotel has a deal with an underground car park close by. Breakfast was good.

L'Hotel moderno con il garage sottostante con parcheggio privato disponibile in loco su prenotazione al costo di € 12 al giorno (Agosto 2024). Wi-Fi disponibile gratuitamente in tutta la struttura. La nostra camera 210 raggiungibile con ascensore non era molto spaziosa ma aveva una vista stupenda sul cortile ben curato di un antico ospedale con alberi e verde. Quindi la camera era molto silenziosa. Letti comodi. Il bagno un po' piccolo però con finestra sempre sul cortile. Piccola TV. Bollitore. Aria Condizionata. Noi non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante perché era giorno di chiusura, né della colazione che è a pagamento a parte.
Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno un po' ridotte. Il garage non era raggiungibile con l'ascensore dagli ospiti ma solo da scale esterne all'Hotel.

Vriendelijk personeel, we voelden ons welkom. Het ontbijt was top, met alleraardigste bediening. De ligging van het hotel was perfect. En fijn dat de auto in de parkeerkelder kon staan. Onze kamer lag aan de tuinkant, het was er ongelooflijk rustig in zo'n levendig centrum.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Tiefgarage mit E-Ladestationen. Tolle Lage, das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind klein und dunkel, winziges Badezimmer.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war alles da! Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.
Es wäre besser, es wäre kein Teppichboden in den Zimmern.

L'attitude bienveillante et souriante du manager présent le lundi matin (en contraste avec celle de son employé du dimanche)
Le comportement de l'employé de service dimanche 25 mars après-midi et soirée.
Toute demande le dérangeait : après avoir commandé 2 bières pression, et voyant un bocal de petits bretzels, nous avons du lui demander "est-ce disponible ou en supplément?" pour en recevoir une mini coupe. Puis "nous sommes trois et il n'y a que 2 gobelets à dents dans la chambre." Réponse : servez-vous près de la fontaine à eau de la réception.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal dort. Zweimal zum Weihnachtszeit und einmal im Sommer. Metz hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt und einige tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kathedrale, Musee Centre Pompidou, Altstadt,..) Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt, man kann alles fußläufig gut erreichen. Außerdem ist es im und ums Hotel sehr ruhig.

Le personnel était très aimable et la réception fut facile, tout comme le check-out. L'emplacement est central et très pratique. Le rapport qualité/prix est très juste. La facilité de se garer dans la rue adjacente est aussi un atout pour l'hôtel (parking sur la voierie gratuit le dimanche).
Seul bémol, la propreté des draps, un peu tâché et la taille de la chambre était relativement petite. Toutefois pour un séjour court, c'est très bien.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Metz. It is part of the Kyriad chain so it's a typical mid range hotel. There is a nice bar area which doubles up as a reception. We had 2 double rooms which were clean and functional. The buffet style breakfast had a reasonable choice of croissants, fruit, bread, cheese, meat etc. and was regularly replenished. It was busy and finding a table a bit tricky. On the whole the staff were friendly. We prebooked the hotel car park which is well located and secure under the hotel.
Although we had pre-booked the car park the guy on check-in initially said there was no space. I had to push the point and after showing him the confirmation the hotel had sent was suddenly able to find a space (there were plenty of spaces when we parked). I didn't appreciate the unhelpful attitude. In fairness we were able to leave the car in car park the next day to explore Metz.
The rooms and beds are small.

Central location and secure parking
Rooms were not very clean and the old air conditioning was so loud every half an hour or so it woke us up, and for some reason only a few dishes were available to order on a Saturday night as the restaurant wasn’t fully open. I’ve stayed in Kyriad hotels before and they are usually very good. This one sadly not the best.

Very nice location just right next to the historic centre
I heard from earlier morning 6.30am a lot of noises from the shower area and bedrooms above me. Probably some customers, visitors in this hotel waking up very early when I expect. Anyway I woke up at 8am because I was going to stay in bed longer than usual because this is my holiday time.

Please note on your website that restaurant is only open Monday to Friday, lunchtimes and evenings, and booking is advisable. Restaurant is CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays and maybe on French Public Holidays

The room was very nice and modern. It was quite spacious and with good sound isolation. We also liked the check-out at 12. :)
The bed was a bit narrow for two people and quite short for tall people.
