This is a home from home !!! really !!! the staff were superb and attentive our room was comfortable and the bed just like home. pool clean and easily accessible

one tiny suggestion please can you make some smaller portioned dinner and lunch menus

the location, it’s environment, the views, a beautiful room with well selected decoration

THE FOOD TERRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Everything is just perfect. Our room was private and very comfortable. the Fork restaurant is about as good as it gets in the gastronomic world. Just brilliant. the Maitre D was also a star.

The restaurant manager was rude when my wife asked for something that wasn't on the menu.

I couldn't figure out where the entrance was (it was night time).

One member of the staff was so aggressive and demeaning and lacked empathy and customer service. He ruined our stay at the hotel

Nice building

No coffee available in the bedroom. Breakfast is advertised as starting at 7:30am however most of the breakfast menu is not available until 8:15. I was told that anything cooked would have to wait until chef arrived at an unknown time - this includes putting three pieces of ham on a plate. Staff at breakfast were very polite but not very attentive to customers with long waits and much of the time spent talking to each other.
