Hotel was inviting, clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool was an added luxury. Restaurant and bar areas were nice and cosy. Room was big and comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Close to the town, had a wonderful stay for my husbands 40th birthday. Thank you

Very clean and bright

Swimming pool and sauna was perfect, breakfast was good but they ran out of beans and by the time they came out after about a 10 minutes wait there was a queue of about 10 of us

Short walk to beach, great curry house and Italian at the end of the road

The room was a lovely size lovely and clean, the shower was good, it was lovely to have a balcony, I liked the button service to book a taxi at reception , the taxi service was amazing The staff were lovely, very helpful when needed, The what's app chat is a really good way to communicate with the staff especially when there's no one around, and I really liked that you could also tx the hotel to book you a taxi to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel, and tx if you required daily room service or needed anything extra or not, the choices for breakfast was very good a nice range, lovely staff very helpful and smiley ,it was a peaceful stay ☺️

I did not like the breakfast /dining room rugs that went along the servery tables they kept bulking up, easy to trip over for anyone, but especially for the elderly, health and safety issue I think, the hot drinks machine seems to be a problem of not working some times, I don't think you should be charged for particular foods /some extras at breakfast on the menu, the prices in the bar room for non booked eaters, was ridiculously high priced, £90 for main course and pudding for 2 people and only drinking water, I can see why some people called for a deliveroo, the car park is ridiculously small, and there should not be a fee of £10 a day if you booked with another booking agency, maybe the hotel could sort that out,

Excellent facilities including 25 mtr indoor swimming pool, clean and tidy room with Aircon Very helpful & friendly staff, parking was available on site, the location was reasonable, walking distance to town or beach.

People smoking at an outdoor table next to the doors of the restaurant which we're open to allow fresh air to flow into the restaurant ! The background music in the restaurant was dance and pop music (slightly too loud) & not really appropriate in my opinion The area (streets & houses) around the hotel are slightly run down although not the fault of the hotel, the local council are probably at fault in this case.

Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic service...You have everything you need at this hotel from swimming, spa,. Gin bar with over 100 gins. Food lovely. Staff so helpful and friendly

There wasn't anything

Reasonable choice of breakfast items. Central location 5 min. from sea. Good view from room. I enjoyed a good dinner main course in restaurant; my wife was disappointed with her choice.

Could not access booked room due to broken lock. Some delay in finding alternative. New room had tiny shower, which delivered water with erratic flow and temperature. Corridors are rather dark and need refurbishment. Rate seemed expensive. We had to complain about loud singing music being played in restaurant. They reduced the volume, but when the music began repeating, I left without having a dessert.
