Bad facilities, noises, poor cleanliness, etc.

Very close to the train station: walking distance perhaps less tha n 5 minutes Very quiet and the room was clean

The room had mosquitoes in the night and although there was a little fan available, it was way too noisy. The breakfast was very austere You'll be charge an extra 3 euros city tax

I was sick for most of my stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful arranging taxis and doctor's appointment. The manager went out of her way to help, I can't thank her enough.

Our room only had a bath with handheld shower.

The staff were very friendly, the location is ideal for both train stations and vieux Lille.

Only recommendation I would make is bring ear plugs for the early morning street cleaning but it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Clean, fabulous staff,location. A brilliant 2 * place. Close to stations, cafes, squares,old town. Did not have breakfast - cannot comment.

The hotel is in the very center of Lille ! 2 minutes walk from the Grand’ Place and the station Lille Flandres. It was very clean and quiet !

It was super hot in the room. We tried to cool off the heater but we can’t.

The lift is not at the same level of the rooms..i need to handle my big & heavy luggage with stairs…pheeww…i had anemia & lack of protein & iron…so its a bit difficult for me to handle it with full of my energy 😝

Our Airpods got stolen from the hotel. The staff said nobody saw anything. Also strange that we had to leave our keys at the desk when we left, and when we asked for our keys to enter they didn’t ask our names or other information, so anyone could’ve entered the room. We believe the airpods are stolen by the cleaning staff. We can track it and it’s in a town next to Lille..

Breakfast was fine, loved the idea of individual trays containing everything you needed. Shower water was really hot. Staff were helpful.

More clothes storage i.e drawer type would have been useful. Powered or long life milk in the room.

Mosquito a lot in the room. Te worst thing is that double charged me~ I write to them and showed them the payment proof, in Chinese but with their names,but they didn't feedback. write to them twice. First time told me will refund in a week. The second time said it a pre-authorization, actually they took the money already before that I arrived here. So be careful of this.

Wifi was incredibly slow Non-smoking floor and some people were smoking because I could smell it

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Just a couple of minutes walk from the central regional train station and a flat 10 minute walk to the Europe train station. It was also just a couple of minutes walk to the very compact and pretty Old Town, lots of restaurants and shops and even a large Westfield shopping mall. The rooms were fine and made good use of limited space. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There weren't any English TV channels but that's a small complaint.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. The elevator is a bit small but very useful.

The room seemed a bit smaller than what I saw on the website but it was still enough. The corridors are a bit small especially with suitcases but it was not a big problem for us.
