The location is really good, close to Serrano Plaza. You can find many stores and restaurants at walking distance

The description of the room at Booking said that the Standard Room I booked had 28m2. As a matter of fact, the room is tiny (around 12m2). The windows open to an inner hall where people from other rooms and those walking on the corridors that give access to the elevator can see your room. So there is no privacy unless you leave the curtains closed, which leaves the room really dark. It was very disappointing to tell the reception that the room did not meet the description at Booking and see that they DID NOT offer any solution. Considering the size of the room, I think the price was really high. The bathroom is also very small and the shower box has no door, so water goes all around. At breakfast the breads were kind of dry, not fresh, so we needed to toast it to make it better. Not going back!

A small and cozy hotel in Palermo, close to many restaurants and bars, yet quiet (at least in an inner room like the one I had). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice and hospitable.

The metro, which seems the best way to go directly to the city center with no traffic problems, is about 10-15 minutes walk which I didn't mind but still is not nearby. Breakfast was a bit basic, but still sufficient

No amenities missing. Well equipped with everything you want/need. Right in the heart of Palermo Soho.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, with a stunning restaurant. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels I recently visited in Buenos Aires. Very clean. Appreciated the high-spec design in the room including parquetry floors.

There were several matters which all together give a low score. For an expensive boutique hotel the expectations are much higher. Starting from the most annoying features: 1. The hotel is next door to a BeBop music club which means that till late night the bass tones disturb the sleep (the second concert _starts_ after 10pm) 2. Air condition is switched off when the room card is removed which means that you enter a really hot room on arrival. In our case it was so hot that AC system displayed an error message a couple of times before it cooled down the temperature low enough to be able to control it. 3. Though we did not ask for that and were not informed about we received the room with a bathroom for disabled. It is not a critical issue but the guest should be informed if such a room is offered to him. It is a hotel standard. 4. There is a peculiar breakfast system where it is a kind of a breakfast buffet but the guest must ask the restaurant staff to get any piece of food as it is kept by the glass window and is accessible only by staff. Definitely something not acceptable.
