Belle chambre, très grand balcon.bon petit déjeuner
Hôtel est très proche de la oute qui est bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin… si la fenêtre est fermée tout va bien bonne isolation mais l été difficile de dormir fenêtre ouverte…

Great location, good food & hotel was clean with comfortable & spacious rooms. Staff were helpful. Good facilities including pool, bar, restaurant, parking & lounge areas.

wifi was not availabe .. and the family next door was so laud we couldnt sleep well

the staff were nice
we were really disappointed. the pictures shown are far from the truth. the hotel is located next to the main street and it was noisy. the back yard isn’t as shown in the pictures. it wasn’t that clean either there were flies in the dining room. the smell of the cooked food can teach the rooms above.

Breakfast was great, large variety. Also dinner was very good value for money. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff.
For a hotel in this price class, air conditioning in the rooms would bring a definite plus. On the other hand, we were there in the midst of a very warm period.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it and hopefully we go there again soon.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and the surroundings are amazing. Moreover I asked in the special request section if I could have some vegan options for breakfast and they really tried to satisfy this request by buying some vegan cheese and vegan ham. First time an hotel goes this far to accommodate me!
The price was a little high, but was probably due to the week we chose to stay there. The restaurant is nice and also here the staff is great, but I would Skip it next time, I didn’t find the food so good to come back. But this is just personal taste from an Italian that does not love German/Austrian cusine that much.

Used accommodation as drive- through to final location - as every year - host gave is the warmest welcome. Dinner was perfect and room very luxureous.

It was just like 20 years ago when I visited as a small kid, and I mean that in the most positive way possible. Modernized where needed, but traditional at heart. Large rooms, good food, super staff and great facilities. I’ll miss it.

The staff was really nice and the facilities were great especially hot tub & sauna.
The breakfast was delicious also the dinner at the hotel was great too.
It is near to the bust stop which takes to zell banhof.
The summer card was not available since it can be purchased only in hotels at zell & kaprun

Superb location,extremely nice staff,availability of late checkin,excellent cleanliness,wide breakfast variety,free on site parking.
Standard twin room a bit tired looking,with rather outdated decor,although true to photos so can’t really fault - we were too late to book one of the superior rooms,but we’ll surely do it next time!
