Excellent facilities. Excellent location, right near the river and all the great dining spots. Especially appreciate how clean everything was. Beds were super comfortable and room was quite. All technology was working well. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and again you feel great eating there because of how clean and looked after everything is. Felt renovated. We were apprehensive with no expectations after moving from another local popular hotel, the Waterfront, which disappointed us and left us surprised at their high ratings. But Riverside was worth the move, we were really pleased. Complete contrast.

Our bathroom was flooded after every shower. Notified front office twice. Nothing was done. On the third day we managed to speak to the front office manager. He gave us a new room. Very disappointed considering the amount that we had paid.
