Frühstück war vielseitig, das Essen von der Karte ausgezeichnet und das Personal in der Gastronomie zuvorkommend, freundlich und auch sehr aufmerksam. Geräte in dem Fitness Center sind ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren schön, obwohl das 2.Zimmer derselben Kategorie, ca. 4m² kleiner war. Eine Größe, die mit Hund definitiv zu klein gewesen wäre. Nachdem wir aber 2 Zimmer hatten, konnte das Problem intern gelöst werden. Leider nicht das Wellness Problem!

Wir haben das Hotel wegen des Wellness Bereiches und weil wir mit NH Hotels immer sehr zufrieden waren gebucht. Nach einem langen Stadtbummel, oder am Abend vor dem Schlafengehen ein Saunabesuch, vielleicht mit anschließend kurzem Schwimmdurchgang ist sehr angenehm. Der kann dann auch (angemessen) gebührenpflichtig sein. Nicht so aber hier: Tatsache ist, dass man vom 1. Untergeschoß durch einen Gang zu dem Lift gelangt, der einen dann an die Rezeption des benachbarten Fitesscenter leitet. Dort kann man dann für knapp €25.- Tickets erhalten, um 2 Stunden lang das Wellness Center zu benützen Eine Information, die man übrigens erst erfragen muss, nämlich direkt an der Rezeption des Fitness Centers, wohin man von den Damen der Hotel Rezeption verwiesen wird, da sie nichts genaues wissen. Überhaupt haben wir noch nie einen dermaßen unhöflichen Empfang erlebt, wie in diesem Hotel. Höflichkeit scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein Wenn man das Foyer betritt, hat man den Eindruck, dass sich die Damen gleich hinter dem Computer verstecken, damit ihnen nur kein Lächeln entkommt , von einem Gruß ganz zu schweigen. Möglicher Weise lag es auch an den enden wollenden Englischsprachkenntnissen?

Bardzo ładny hotel. Duży przestronny pokój. Duży plus za śniadania - bardzo smaczne.

Sniadanie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone, mozna takze poprosic o swiezo robiony omlet o czym nie kazdy wie. Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, obok jest basen ze zjezdzalniami, plac rowerowy dla dzieci, korty, boiska do siatkowki, sciezki rowerowe, do biegania. Centrum spacerem jakies 10 minut maksymalnie, mozliwe ze nawet blizej. Ladny widok na miasto z wyzszych pieter. Pokoje fajne, nawet duzo miejsca, w pokoju szafa,sejf,minibarek,telewizor.

Everything was perfect. This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we definitely recommend it.

Přikrývka byla pouze jedna velká, což mě úplně nevyhovovalo.

Že vystavená faktura nekoresponduje se skutečně strženou úhradou. Booking si účtuje něco jiného, než-li si strhává hotel a vystavuje fakturu. Jak tuto skutečnost párovat v účetnictví a nikdo nekomunikuje. Proto asi nebudu služby Bookingu využívat, není to poprvé

Krásný moderní hotel, perfektně vybavená koupelna i pokoj, hezký výhled ze 6. patra, luxusní snídaně. Příjemný personál.

Breakfast was graet and servise was excellent!

Great location, the hotel is beautiful, clean. Staff was helpful, no problems. The rooms are really well-furnished, allergy friendly, and they smelled really (really!) good lol.

Nice breakfast (apart from most juices that were watered artificial things), comfortable room, smart TV, good wi-fi.

Dirty toilet when we arrived at the hotel, totally unacceptable for a 4* hotel. It was reported to the receptionist who apologised and offered to change a room, but I had already cleaned it and there was no point to bother my family for that in the middle of the night. Although the night receptionist was apologetic, hotel management didn’t bother to follow up on our case the next day and until we left 2 days later, not very professional attitude.

Nice breakfast, good location (walking distance city center), great facilities. Also room was quiet.
