Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Der leider auch überfordert war bei der Frage ob die Zimmer schon bezahlt sind.

Uns wurde vorab nicht kommuniziert das wir erst beim Check in zahlen müssen. wir gingen davon aus das das schon abgebucht wurde. Sie waren das erste Hotel bei dem das nicht von vornherein klar war. Nun müssen wir prüfen ob wir doppelt gezahlt haben. Das die Parkplatzgebühr extra entfällt war auch nicht kommuniziert und wurde so beworben das dies im Preis der Unterkunft enthalten ist. Es gab keinen Mini Kühlschrank. Das haben wir in den letzten 10 Jahren in keinem Hotel erlebt.

The room I stayed in was exceptional - it was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was impressed by how immaculate the hotel was, from the lobby to my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a perfect start to my day.

While overall it was a pleasant experience, I did encounter a couple of issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, there was some noise disturbance on one of the nights. It would be great if there were ways to minimize noise levels to ensure that all guests can have a peaceful stay. Secondly, I noticed that there were no electric car charging stations available in the hotel garage. As someone who travels frequently in an electric vehicle, this was a bit of an inconvenience. It would be wonderful if you could consider installing charging stations to accommodate the growing number of eco-friendly travelers.

The location within a short walking distance of the railway station. We were travelling by train for the first time. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

The room was quite small but adequate for our 2 night stay. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
