the property was full of bugs and mosquitoes, the water didn’t work and when it did it was brown and discoloured. it was located right next to a n extremely loud concert which started every night from 18:00 to 12:00am

We like that the resort was an easy access to everything. To the beach, to some restaurants and to some sight seeing area. The staff was amazing! From reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was very helpful. The property was great!!!

The location. Room size.

The bathroom was not fit for purpose with little privacy offered. The bath was difficult and dangerous to get in and out of. There was no screen for the toilet. Refrigerator had not been cleaned since previous guest. Decking was slippery and dangerous. Private pool was cold. Breakfast was poor - very little choice.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with evrything in walking distance. Pool view amazing to relax.

This hotel is very good. Fiidnis good. The staff is very nice, special mention to Ann she is the best.

View from pool a bit off putting on first sight. Stream between resort and beach littered, only visible when stood up. Located just outside main restaraunt area but no trouble walking. Lots of businesses closed but hopefully improve when things get back to normal. Booked 4 hr tour of Island, no commentary from driver just where we were going. Would have been nice to learn something about the places, temples etc.

We were upgraded to a garden view pool villa on arrival and it was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in! Staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived with top service from reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. The villa was huge with a private pool and all amenities you would expect. When you woke up in the morning the pool had a few leaves and flies etc in as you would expect in Thailand but housekeeping thoroughly cleaned it with everything else by the time we returned from our morning trip. Food was tasty at restaurant and prices were reasonable for a hotel. Location right beside beach and start of Lamai main strip with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely return!

Shower wasn't the warmest, aircon was a bit noisy but these are minor things. Overall excellent.

The room is spacious with cool design nice art and exposed beams. spa like stone features. comfy bed staff were kind. plunge pool room isn’t really worth it.

mosquitos in and out, pool is average and breakfast pretty average (option of an egg dish or pancakes, muesli and some Thai food). definitely rundown. we had a leaking sink and one missing aircon remote but staff tried hard. beach and lamai is nice but out front of hotel between beach and hotel is a bit of stagnant water/canal so not the nicest.

We were on a quiet side street, only 30 seconds from Lamai Beach. The staff are friendly and the room was big and clean.

We booked a sea view plunge pool villa, but were told on arrival there had been a booking error, so we had a garden view pool villa instead. We were still charged for the price of the original room, which should not have been the case. They did offer us a free airport transfer and a lunch and dinner as compensation, but we still shouldn't have paid full price. The room lacked facilities and felt a bit in need of a makeover. There's no iron, which when you've had items in a case long haul isn't ideal. Our rainfall shower head was broken, so had to make do with the smaller one. When they bring towels, it's a bit pot luck as to what you get. One day we got a shower mat, hand towels and bath sheets where as others we'd get one of the 3 types. The air-conditioning was un-usable due to the noise and it didn't cool the air. There was a ceiling fan, but it creaked all night and looked like it may fall off. The beds are extremely hard. The plunge pool is basically the size of a large bath and was constantly full of insects and leaves, although they did come to clean it each day, it was always quickly too dirty to use. The breakfast and dinner menu is limited and the food isn't great quality. The cocktails are nice and there's a happy hour. I think with some investment it could be great, but its a bit lacking currently

The hotel is near beautiful beach, it also has a swimming pool. Very stylish apartments, comfy beds.

The staff were amazing, especially the two bar staff! The food and cocktails were exceptional, and the location is great in Lamai, with restaurants 2-3 min walk away. We loved it here and will definitely return!

concept was good.

in need of deep clean and maintenance. Fans needed batteries in remote but staff couldn’t find new ones to replace. inconsistency in room servicing - we had two rooms and each one received different level of cleaning/service.

Breakfast is very simple and basic. The location is fine but whilst there is a sea view from some villas it’s not on the beach and there is no beautiful sea view from anywhere on the property.

The description of upgraded room which I paid for implied it had its own private swimming pool. Infact it’s just the same small plunge pool like the cheaper room I was originally going to get. Also I. Such a large Villa no provision at all for a mosquito net so no protection from mosquitoes because difficult to spray a whole Villa. Plus some cockroaches came inside the room as there are gaps under the doors. On the last night I’m lying on the bed and a cockroach actually landed on the sheets next to me. Much of property still in bad state of repair- I had a problem with the lock on my Villa door and main sink in the bathroom area never emptied properly. The whirlpool does have a couple water jets but they are very weak and u can hardly feel them.

one day they had a birthday party for about 30 kids so the pool was out of use . there was no sun beds on the beach but there is in the photographs . the pool bar was closed but it did open on our last day it’s also quite a walk into lamai

Great rooms, on the beach front in a quiet road. 2-3 min walk to restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the small private pool is nice
