Super helpful staff - Tina rang me prior to my arrival to ensure we had booked the right room and answered all my questions ! Room was very spacious and modern comfortable layout - great bathroom with bonus spa bath , beds were very comfortable.

everything was great - the fridge was a bit noisy but we got used to it on the second night!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, close to city centre with tidy and clean rooms and all the amenities needed.

Some things being a bit out dated ( towel rail) and not working fully (bathroom fan)

They have done a good job of modernising this once-motor-inn - lots of thought has gone into the little details. Our room (a mini-apartment, the "Presidential Suite") was modern and comfortable with two bedrooms, a simple kitchenette, a living room and outdoor sitting space. We stayed one night, arriving late which was not a bother for them. Everything was ready. We then returned early (11 am) after a five day tramp of the Abel Tasman and they had our room ready for us. We could use the guest laundry facilities - so helpful. It's a short stroll to the many restaurants of Nelson.

very overpriced property. It’s just a motel yet they charged us ridiculously high prices , which you expect to pay at a resort , not a road side motel. we would not return here .

Lounge area was comfortable and decor very modern. Loved the spa bath.

Noise from the neighbor

Ĺack of sound proofing.. Double glazing would be a huge improvement. NZ accommodation is very poor value by international standards.
