A lovely welcoming Inn in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and moved me from the busy bar to the restaurant for dinner which I had booked in advance. The bed was very comfortable and top notch Elemis toiletries. Nespresso machine with plenty of pods provided.

No parking so I had to park at the public car park a short distance away. It was not possible to pay for an overnight stay so I had to buy a 24 hour ticket. My room was above the area with outside seating, with music playing until the end of dinner service. I did mention this, when it was turned off it was very peaceful. I upgraded to a king size bed, the room was a bit cosy but fine for me as I was travelling alone.

Fan inside of bathroom had a TON of dust in it, clean it every now and then? Also blinds need to be better, at 5am sun is shining so hard it can wake you up. Also write a brief description of what the breakfast option includes. Because as it stands its toasts with jam or cereals.

Everything was absolutely lovely. Had the best sleep ever. And food was beautiful apart breakfas. View is fenomenal, and location is just perfect.

The whole place needs a thorough cleaning! Filthy stained carpet in room. Sticky dirty tables in bar and dining area. Dust everywhere!

Everything. Efficient friendly staff. Rooms spotless. Tea and coffee above normal in room (there's even a cafetiere and ground coffee left out for you. And the setting! Knowing Cornish villages, I'd assumed it would be crammed in a winding street of houses: but it's right down on the sea front.

No room for free parking, but plenty of room in the village car park literally right opposite the inn, but there are 24hour parking charges. Which to be fair are reasonable

Right on the beach. Spectacular view from room 12. Perfectly placed for walking the coast path. Delicious breakfast and evening meals.

It would have been lovely to have the fire lit in the evening as it was very cold outside.

Lovely room with great views and modern shower room. Huge bed and 2 comfortable chairs for admiring the views.

Pre-booked evening meal but were sat at very cold, draughty table at foot of stairs. Requested alternative table but were told by male waiter that no others available. Requested a candle on the table so we could warm our hands, at least. Same waiter said none were available. Then spoke to a female waitress who moved us to a different table in the restaurant. She was very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful. We soon warmed up and enjoyed our huge and very tasty meals😀.

free breakfast included at every rate!! room fits the by the seaside theme very well! and staffs are very nice and accommodating even though we arrived late at night and late for breakfast.

The location was perfect, thermometer was nice and there's was a big beer garden out front to enjoy the sunshine. Also the manager was the saving grace for the stay.

The staff were very inexperienced with the exception of the general manager, also they were unable to serve me my steak to my preference and then was given wrong bill, this was all fixed next day and apologies where given throughout, also the air con in the room was going off and on all night so was nice n cool then too warm throughout the night.....
