beautiful place, Antonio is the best!

A very beautiful place surrounded by a pine forest. Amazing view of the Kinneret. We enjoyed the sunrise over the lake. Wonderful garden smell. In the lobby of the hotel you feel like you are in a botanical garden. Quiet place with relaxing music. Sauna and Jacuzzi for more relaxation. The bed is very comfortable. During the day, you can have coffee or tea with a cake. Very quiet place with relaxing music. Sauna and Jacuzzi for more relaxation. Dinner was great and tasty. The waiters are very nice.

The biggest disappointment that our neighbors smoked and all the smoke went into our room. The room is too dark. There are 3 different levels of floor. The bathroom’s design is kind of dangerous. There’s a metal shelf in a wrong place above a bathtub. You can easily hurt your head while bending. A ventilation is weak. Towels and robes were old and with stains. No towel hanger. Milk was spoiled in a fridge. But we got a new one without any problem. On the second day, my partner was unable to order the dish he wanted for dinner. Despite the fact that the dinner is generally good, the breaks between meals are too long.

The food was incredible and the staff were extremely professional and polite. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing.

We are shomrei shabbat and there's not much to do over shabbat. We walked to the moshav but that required walking along the main road and there is no eiruv so we couldn't bring water.

We had to ask on the 2nd day for cereals and they found cornflakes but no other choice.Smoked salmon was only available 1 day.Toaster did not work

after a long day out it would be nice if they had a swimming pool as there is plenty of room to install one.Also if you wanted to sit out and get the view of the Kinerett you would be sitting on earth,that area should be grassed over or imitation grass laid. Whilst the choice of main course for dinner was good whatever you chose the sides were always the same,there should be more choice

Breakfast very good, Good service. Dinner amazing. Menu should change a bit. Same choices both nights. If you stay for more nights could be boring.

We loved the location of hotel with the beautiful views. The meals in the evening were outstanding, really exceeding our expectations. The breakfast was very good too. The staff throughout the hotel were very accommodating and service orientated. The grounds of the hotel were very beautiful with lots of fruit trees and lovely places to sit and relax. Very peaceful and quiet which is what we were looking for. We will definitely come back again for another stay and will recommend to others.

It would have been great if the hotel had an outside pool (although the hotel guests did have access to the pool on Amirim close by). Apart from that, there wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

Amazing views, great food. Staff was gracious and checked everyone to see if they've been vaccinated.
