Very fine location in the midst of Lüneburger Heide. Fine restaurant.

No wi-fi in the room. We asked the staff and they said "it must be broken", but when we returned to the hotel 4 days later and stayed in a room in another house on the opposite side of the road, there were no wi-fi there either. Only in the restaurant in the main building. The room had an automatic ceiling lamp which lit, when you went to the toilet in the night, disturbing your partner.

Breakfast was delicious, good service and plenty of possibilities.

Rom was placed towards public road. There was noise and therefore bad quality og sleep

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good food from the restaurant and fantastic breakfast. The best hotel bed we slept in. Quiet, beautiful nature area. We will return!

Poor range on Wifin, we could not use it. Very warm room, no a / c or similar.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and really well maintained. The staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the restaurant was also good for a lunch or evening meal. The location is fantastic as a base for hiking, cycling etc. The room was immaculately clean. We would definitely return.

Lots of hooks in the room to hang your stuff. Very family friendly.

We would have preferred wooden floor or similar instead of carpet in the room for hygienic reasons.
